    Horrible experience! I don't recommend this place at all.
    The owner is rude, unprofessional and abusive in her billing practices. She lacks customer service skills and etiquette.
    If something happens to you, your goals don't matter to them, and the only thing they think and care about is the money they can make off you. The owner likes to tell people she is "nice, and understanding," but she is completely opposite of that, especially when it comes to solving issues, she's incapable of understanding situations whether it's an injury or a financial issue she simply doesn't care. She cuts you off when you're trying to speak or doesn't allow you to speak and is VERY condescending. She's also very abusive in her billing practices!!
    The owner only cares about your money. Also, the owner locks the doors during business hours and will not allow anyone in, if one is a minute or more late. The problem is safety! There are no other exit doors and no one can enter the building because the door gets locked by the owner and/or the staff.
