    Wolters Kluwer continues to send me invoices long after I have provided documentation (to their satisfaction) that their services have ended. Each time they send me a new invoice, I reach out to them to show them that I am no longer a client, and they continue to send invoices. Wolters Kluwer is a parasitic organization. They are scam artists.. stay away.

    I STRONGLY recommend not doing business with Wolters Kluwer. They lie, offer lousy service that is wildly inflated in price, deceive you, and then threaten you if you don't do what they want. I canceled my business account with them, which they make very difficult to do, and then they continue to send threatening notices, don't listen to word that I say, and avoid taking accountability. I cannot state strongly enough how much I advise avoiding them. My highest wish is that they are held accountable and go out of business.

    They are not BBB Accredited for a reason..!!..Stay Away from these people!!...Bad Experience. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. The Tax Software I purchased did not work..!! I called them and spoke with **************** Rep ****************** She out-talked me [ Fast and Loud ], and when I asked for a refund she HUNG UP ON ME!! I also talked with Technical Support who had "Remote Access" to my computer and could not get the software to work properly either and " gave up"....I asked several times for a refund and nothing but excuses and blame on me....I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WOLTERS KLUWER....!!

    Wolters kluwer is the the worst of the worst! They send elderly people statements and threaten them to pay for services they dont need. The letter tells them that their payments are past due which scares them into paying! They need to be reported to the police! Run away from this fraudulent company and never look back!

    This company Wolters Kluwer partnered with Dividend finance to place a lien on our home on December 28th. A lien that has no merit, because I do not owe Dividend finance anything.The promised service has not been fulfilled. Nothing in the contract was exchanged that warrants me owing them a cent. Incomplete work was done on my home illegally and without permits or inspections. Dividend knew this despite signing off on the work with contractors. Nor have they reached out to me REQUESTING payment ever. Why because they were accepting payments from a contractor on consumers behalf without our knowledge. When that contractor went out of business, ******** started deffering payment on our account with no interest accruing. without me signing or agreeing to anything. Infact they are unresponsive and have locked customers out of their portals so we can't access documents.

    This is the worst software company ever. TAX WISE. ***************** *****, salesmen not good at all. I bought a software from a guy named ******, he made a mistake on my email I called him multiple times he was never available. Finally speak a manager named ***************************, she convinced me not cancelled my order and promised to fix the problem. That never happened. They had the nerve to send me a bill for **** for something I never used. ******************* tried to help me but *************************** didnt want him to do it. TAX PREPARER/ EA FIND ANOTHER SOFTWARE.

    Tried to order the U.S. Master Tax Guide online on October 19, 2023. Receipt came back as an eBook. Called customer service October 20, 2023 and was promised a refund and reorder of a hard copy. No refund came so I recalled customer service November 3. Not only can you not understand the people at customer service but they said they had no way of issuing a refund. Asked to speak to a supervisor which they were unwilling to do. Asked for a way to record a complaint and they said basically go search the ** website (which I did and there is no avenue available for such). What a ************!

    I hired this company to serve as a Registered Agent for the non-profit that I direct and it was a nighmarish experience. They never completed the process, never responded to my emails, and I finally fired them and went with another firm. It turns out the paperwork they charged me almost $800. to file, cost me $10, done online through the Secretary of the Commonwealth and an additional $50 to the new company I hired into this role. Waiting for Wolters Kluwer to refund the fee. . . .we'll see.So buyer beware: do not hire Wolters Kluwer for their CT corp "services". I gave them 1 star only because I have to in order to write this review

    I purchased a new tax software from WK in May 2023. BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE! While I was considering their product, it was so easy to speak with someone. The second I signed up, it was over. This company truly has the worst customer service of ANY company that I have ever experienced. Now, to be clear, I am not talking about their basic customer service department. I am talking about the Sales Person, that signed me up. I'm talking about her manager or maybe his/her manager. SOMEBODY! I realized that their product just wasn't for me and my business. I never received even 1 returned phone call or email. NOT ONE! So today I decided to go through their customer service department and set up a case which I titled "Close My Account". Within an hour I got an email saying the case was closed. That's it. There wasn't anything about my actual account being closed. No, I'm so sorry that this didn't work out for you. No, I'm glad you're gone. NOTHING. Can you tell that I am frustrated? All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!
