    Charged us $100 for limited access without consent. Our business location is located right next to a semi trucking company having semi trucks and trailer in and out of our lot hourly. We also sent in photos that we have an Ashley ********* delivery truck drop off at our back loading dock weekly without problems. This company is trying to charge us $100, again without consent for limited access to move our product to a box trailer from a semi because a semi can not get to our location. In disbelief they can do this even after two very clear photos of semis at our dock weekly and ****** maps showing us right next to a trucking company. Disappointed in my multiple attempts to make this right, their management thinks this is acceptable.
