      I went to a fitter recommended by my lymphedema physical therapist. I choose bio horizon vs another company because I was told the fitter would come to the PT appointment in a convenient location. The custom compression sleeve came in the mail (only contact I had with bio horizon company, other than a fitter, was a representative calling me to confirm address, tell me the amount of money I needed to pay up front, and that since the compression garment is custom, there are no returns. Order came. Sleeve but no hand. Sleeve was too short. The PT contacted the fitter with that info. The fitter called me to arrange new fitting. I was told I either had to go to ************ or *******. Fitter would not come to the PT location of ********** as originally. I live in livermore. I was refitted. Confirmed original issue of no hand received and incorrect custom fitting of Sleeve. The fitter placed a new order. I received it incomplete again; no hand only Sleeve. A Sleeve cannot be worn without a gauntlet ("hand" compression as fingers will swell). Meanwhile my fluid test (L-dex) number increased (lymphedema) while waiting for redo of garment. Redo did not include hand, the Sleeve was still sort and the wrist was constricting (too tight unlike first Sleeve attempt) and painful. Due to the increase in lymphedema fluid problem (according to medical test), to attempts to receive garments (still incorrect fit and still no hand), I was compelled to use a different custom compression company (**********). I would like a full refund since I never received a correct nor complete delivery for which the fitter ordered on my behalf and I paid by **** out of pocket up front money.

      This employer run a scam, he has committed insurance fraud on numerous occasions and he runs a business on the stand point of intimidation the owner has no regard for his employees he abuses his employees almost daily and when he does not receive what he wants in return he becomes verbally abusive or uses men to intimidate the women employees. This company should be shut down.
