      From the outset, it became evident that the chief executive officer exhibited behaviors that were deceitful and untrustworthy. His understanding of the internal operations of his organization was lacking. Furthermore, the atmosphere in his leadership was fraught with hostility and unhealthy workplace practices. The *** communicated with his employees in a manner that was violent, aggressive, demeaning, and disrespectful, which could potentially lead to physical harm. Meetings intended to be informative devolved into incomprehensible rants due to his poor communication skills. During the hiring process, new personnel are interviewed and presented with a set of promised benefits. Unfortunately, it has been observed that such commitments are not always honored, leading to dissatisfaction among the affected employees.
