      I've recieved a bill from company and never did business with them. Call numerous times but can only leave a message and they will call back, at least that is what the recording says. Have never received a call back. I've given them the same info over and over with no return call. I recieve a bill every month and they continue to include late fees. I'm not going to pay for something I never recieved. I want this resolved!! Hopefully you will have better luck getting a call back than I.

      I received the **** from Pacific Medical **** with a statement **** of *** 4 2022 and paid the **** with my credit card. Then I received another **** with statement **** of **** 4 2022 from them telling me that my account is "seriously overdue" and want me to pay full price again with so called late fee. I paid 33 dollars in total with credit card and I have receipt from them and credit card transaction history. Tried to call the business several times but it's always voice mail. I left message but they never replied. By the way, I paid with my husband's credit card

      Predatory behavior, misleading customers. I went to Carbon health urgent care for a wrist injury. X-rays were negative. They offered me a wrist brace, said it would be billed to insurance (I have a high deductible plan). When I got the **** from pacific medical they were charging me about 3x what a wrist brace would cost at CVS or ********** There was no cost expectation provided at time of service, they are preying on customers dealing with injuries. They know 90+ percent of customers will accept orthopedic braces and then they over charge them with no way to challenge the charge. If I'd known what the cost was I would not have accepted the brace.

      Pacific Medical, *** bills insurances per CMS and ******** guidelines, the patient's insurance applied $68.85 to the patient's deductible which is an out of pocket expense. We have spoken with the patient and offered to reduce the amount owed to $40.00 as a one time goodwill gesture which is a fair price all things considered.       I was involved in a hit and run accident on October 2nd 2021 where my person was struck by a car and I required emergency services. Pacific Medical billed me 7 months after my accident which was quite a surprise especially after I had off all the other hospital bills paid.After I contacted Pacific Medical to inquire if they had billed my insurance, they lied to me and told me that it took this long for my insurance to pay out to them. After contacting my insurance company I confirmed my insurance paid them promptly on October 19th.I contacted Pacific Medical again to speak to the billing department to make payment arrangements or find out if they would accept financial assistance, they refused but said as long as I made a payment with in 30 days I could avoid a late fee and/or finance charges, which was also a lie because I just received an over due payment notice with late fees after making a payment with in their time frame. It was not my choice to get hit by a car and break an arm and a leg go to the only hospital in my area and then have no other choice but to accept the medical equipment offered by this company because there was no other choice. Pacific Medical does not even operate in my state.I have been in contact with my state health care commission, my insurance company and I would like a swift resolution. Due to other life situations out of my control I was unable to work for several months, then got hit by a car, now I'm expected to pay hundreds of dollars for over priced medical equipment in an unreasonable amount of time to a company that has blatantly lied to me and took 7 months to surprise **** me? This is shady business practice and completely unacceptable.

      February of this year, 2022, I received a **** from *****************. for $484.00 which i promptly paid. Shortly thereafter I received an updated **** for $250.00. On, 2/17/22 I contacted the supplied number ************. and was told a refund of $234.00 would be in my account within 60 days. No. refund happened. I called them back on 4/28/22 and was apologized to and said again my refund would be coming. No refund. I called again on June 13th and was given an email address to contact Pacific Medical Revenue., the agency ************* is using to collect their monies. There was no reply to the email. And as off today, 7/13/2022 I still do not have my refund of $234.00. Thank you for any help you can give me in resolving this matter. *****************************
