      I am surprised to see an A+ rating. This company has been consistently unreliable and unresponsive since they installed a faulty ********** heating system for my family in October 2024. The cost was around $40,000, and there were 2 12 year warranties included, 1 from them, and the other from **********. There were problems soon after installation, which required multiple persistent and patient communications with Irish before they finally responded. BUT the system failed completely in October 24, and Irish has disregarded and deflected more than 20 repeated service requests since then. Meanwhile my family, which includes 2 small children, is relying solely on space heaters to keep warm. This is unsafe and unhealthy. It is rare in my experience to encounter a company like Irish, that is so disrespectful to a customer who purchased such an expensive service. ********** cannot honor their warranty unless Irish honors their warranty. As of this date, Irish remains dishonorable of their warranty.All communications and interactions with Irish are documented on our end.We are likely to follow up with a formal complaint.
