      I fell for the initial inspection/quote which was $49 dollar sewer cleaning which turned into $350 to remove the toilet and use a 3foot snake. Then they then upsold me $1200 to hydrojet the drains... removed my toilet and went into my house and flooded the clogged pipes with water. Made a whole mess and left the toilet clogged. Instead of offering me a real solution they had a Supervisor, a hydrojet truck, and the initial plumber to "hydrojet" the pipes at 24PSI... They said "this works 95% of the time" and I was asking "what about the other 5%?" Well, of course I found out when they then quoted me $14,000 and pressured me to pay that day or else my $1,200 would go down the drain. After this instance, I felt robbed, attacked, and pressured to spend $14,000 on a $100 dollar problem. These people are just looking for unsuspecting victims. I had a real plumber come and he used a 50 foot snake and cleaned the pipes. Thank you for reading.

      Sorry for your experience sound like you had a terrible time some or all of your money. Don't really know all the details just yours and I wouldn't make a definite opinion until I heard the other side always want to hear both sides i would guess the company you hired would in this say different. So when you find out who they are you can work it out also fyi anyone company advertising ********************************************************* the trades if it sounds to good to be true it is thanks good luck

      Inexperienced, overpriced and the owner is awful to work with. As other have noted, so many issues with this company. They collect payments up front and block your number when you try and complete work. This companies ethics should be reviewed, based on many other reviews I am not the only person to experience the terrible customer service from owner this which shows it is an ongoing issue. Not sure how they are still in business, and I wish more people could be warned. Their work is mediocre at best, charge an incredibly high rate and them proceed to not complete the work.
