    This matter is regarding filing my 2024 tax returns without receiving my returns. The date of the transaction, or when I would have submitted my information to be filed, would have taken place on Friday, April 11th, 2025. This included my intake form, my 2024 W2, proof of my 2024 new vehicle registration, my 2024 student loan interest, etc. These files were left in the hands of ******. I did not pay for the services of Elite Tax upfront, I selected the option to have the payment for these services withdrawn from the tax return that Elite *********** committed to provide to me, in which I would receive soo upon their filing. To date, June 03, 2025, I have yet to receive my return. I have called several times beginning May 09th, 2025, without being able to reach anyone, in which my calls would be forwarded to voicemail or the calls would terminate because the mailbox was full. My voicemails were never returned. So I then made a trip to the office after a couple of weeks. On May 20th, 2025, I made a trip to the office, and I was told by ****** that they were still working on my return in order to get the most out of my return. I was instructed to call back the next few days to receive a follow up on the return. I called, and without anyone answering the phone and the inability to leave a voicemail. After leaving emails to both ********* and ******, I have yet to receive a call back, or returned email response, no efforts to communicate back with me in regards to my return. I made another trip to the office on Friday, May 23rd, 2025. The business was closed before 7pm, which is the closing time advertised online. The last trip I made was the following week in the morning. The business should have been open, however it was closed. I wrote a hand note and dropped it into their secured mailbox, and without a response for over a week now. All I ask for is communication, a response, and for Elite *********** to complete the job with my 2024 tax return.

    I have used them in the past and had no issues. This year they didnt file my return for almost a month after my appointment and didnt notice it hadnt been filed until I reached out to them. After 3 voicemail and 2 emails I finally got a response full of excuses. I emailed back and asked for a refund for their services and told them they no longer had my consent to file. Its been 2 weeks and I still have not received a response from them. I did finally receive notification that my taxes were filed but after I had already filed with someone else which may result in an audit. This place is very unprofessional and needless to say I will not be returning.
