    ********* has been my tax preparer for years, she is not a fraud. She worked with another business prior to opening her own. I was also impacted by the filing glitch. It was something she did not have control over. I contacted her a few times until it was resolved. No harm no foul..I am dropping off my tax docs to her today. Things happen in business and with IT programs. We cant control everything.

    Chrstine ******* of Elite Tax Services charged us $150 to do our taxes and never submitted them to the IRS. We have made multiple phone calls and emails and she hasn't responded to any of them. This happened to multiple people who went to her. She is a fraud.

    Earlier in the year our office had a filing issue between our tax program (middle-man for filing) and the IRS that affected many of our clients who came to us in late February, March, and early April. On our end we were informed the returns were filed as usual. We were not aware of any issues until people started calling in late April and May regarding their returns. After rechecking our system, suddenly returns were then showed as unfiled. We have worked diligently with our tax program to find out the issue and correct it, and were informed our office was not the only one affected by this filing glitch. We then began going through each and every file and comparing that file to the IRS website to see whether or not it was filed, then refiling any return that was not showing received by the IRS. In order to ensure this glitch did not affect any future filings, we closed to the public so we could concentrate solely on these returns. Unfortunately during this process, I fell and injured myself at work and am now in and out with my doctor and orthopedic doctors and have missed work days. I only have one full-time assistant and have taken on a part-time office assistant to finish going through our files to clear this error. I am sorry I was not able to respond to the multiple phone calls and emails that people sent as we tried to concentrate on those files that were already done by our office, which has taken us a great deal of time. We have found that this client's return was one of those affected by the glitch and are rectifying this problem. I understand she is upset, however I am not a fraud. I take my work very seriously and have strived to try to help my clients in more ways than I believe she understands.
