      On 12/15/24 our downstairs flooded with cat 3 water. Sewer ************* This is all because our neighbor had a clogged pipe and her leasing company (she is a renter) hired a plumber who ended up pushing washer through our pipe when trying to fix hers. This caused our entire downstairs to be covered in ***** matter. Everything came up from our downstairs toilet. Furniture, christmas presents, everything we had downstairs was damaged. This insurance company ***** they keep giving us the run around. We have 2 ft up of drywall cut out all around our downstairs. We live in ***** and a hard freeze comes next week. We have no drywall, no insulation. How are we supposed to live like this? We have 2 small children in our house. I am tired of them giving us the runaround. They need to pay for our damages and send Servepro money to start building our house back together. These people do not care. They tell us they will call us back and have an answer for us, and we never hear from them

      On 7/9/2024 my car was parked on the street and tree branches fell on top of my car and now it is totaled and I am without a car. I have no money saved to buy a car. This company claims it was an act of God if this is true why did they come remove the tree after a month. There was no rain or heavy winds to cause this incident. The problem is they were not coming out to maintain the trees on a regular basis I want compensation.

      On June 2nd, 2024 I was hit by a fire truck. My mirror on the driver side was completely shattered and broken. I followed the fire truck to the fire station and they were very apologetic about what had happened. We had a police report done by ********************** where it was apparent that I was NOT at fault. They assured me their insurance would get it all taken care of for me and I left it at that. I have been waiting for 2 months and all I have had is the run around. I was told by this company to contact a body shop myself and get an estimate. I went and got the estimate and they have still not paid for my damages. On July 10th, 2024 I sent him all the paperwork needed to get my mirror fixed. By July 17th he said it would take 2-3 business days to get a response from the city. Over a week later I emailed him again and once again, I was given the run around. It is now August 4th, and this 2-3 business days has turned into almost a month later. They will go weeks without responding to me to the point that I feel like I am being ghosted. The entire damage cost is $810.92. I want my damages to be paid for to get this done and over with.

      I have a claim through this company with ******** battery company. ******** tested there batteries and found they malfunctioned and burned my leg leaving a permanent scar . This company will not answer phone calls and does nothing to help you for your claim

      My car was parked out on the street metro bus crashed into it and metro got this company to assist as a 3rd part to pay me out and they have yet to pay me for any damages I call them every day when no answer I leave a message no call back I have mailed all documentation asked for spoken to ***************************** as well as with a manager she failed to give me her name and didnt answer any of my messages its been over 2 month now and my car isnt drivable. I need my car for work if I lose my job for no transportation they will be liable for that as well. Please assist me with this nightmare God bless.

      I have filed complaints with the ****************** and then claim and **** warren is 3rd party I guess and I have provided everything they need and they keep trying to tell me b.s and from what I have looked up and read Im doing everything right and they keep trying to say claims not received then they admit it was and so on I I have an email from the ****************** saying it was received and they sent it to insurance now theres this company **** warren causing me so much stress on top of everything I am already going tho there strait dirt bags I have emailed them so many times please help

      0n 7/17/2022 on the corner of ** Cienage Blvd and Washington in *****************. An ** city metro bus committed a hit and run on my vehicle as I was stopped at the stop light. I chased down the bus driver and had the them pull over. The bus side swiped me, damaging my vehicle and drove off. I filed a claim with the city. Received a claim examiner and claim number. I also received letters in the mail about my claim. They REJECTED it right away. I spoke to my claim examiner at CARL WARREN & COMPANY and they told me they had a video of the collision and the bus drivers statements and video did NOT match up to what was on the video. She said I had a GOOD case to beat this. Thats was the last I heard from them. I followed up with them after the 2023 new year holiday and my phone calls, messages, and emails have been ignored. I tried to file a complaint with the city attorney office and they said my claim number didn't exist. I have proof of all my interactions with the claim examiner.       *******************************, a senior adjuster for **** and Warren decided to reject my claim for a broken windshield after I drove over a steel plate which the *************** fixed shortly after I filed my claim. I submitted everything I had and they turned my claim without a reason.
