      MY LETTER TO CARL WARREN & CO.I have been trying to work with one of your employees with a claim I have against *************** in ******. ******* *******, because of his attitude, incompetence, delaying, and side-stepping issues, has turned (what should have been) a simple resolution to a small claim into what now has become a long drawn out unresolved issue. Along with his stalling and "I will have to check with....", he has not connected me with any superiors as I have numerously asked. I have participated in a back-and-forth correspondence for over a month now, with no reasonable results. Yes, there have been 'attitudes' in these emails on both sides - but this is not my profession. I just wanted a claim, admitted 100% your clients fault to be settled. Instead, this has been drawn out weeks, costing me (eventually your client) extra fees in rental compensation, etc. My alternative at this point is to have my own insurance company get involved. I have spoken with my agent at **********, and will be compensated for all repair costs, rental compensation, and my deductible will also be charged to your client. My original intent was to simply save everyone money, keeping costs to a minimum. I went into this claim with good intentions, as the 'auto renter' that damaged my vehicle acted very responsibly, provided me with documents, and took all the actions she should have. But now, after dealing with Mr. ******* whom is a representative for your company, this has become a personal issue with me. I now expect to recoup every cent I am owed from your company and **************.
