    I ordered online over $100 from **************** company.I have been ordering for over 8 years with nespresso and delivery of products has always been smooth and never problematic.It now appears ********* has elected Deliver-It as one of their couriers. Bad decision! After reading all the other complaints on BBB regarding this company, it appears to be a company where scamming and stealing from customers is rampant. While awaiting delivery, the tracking information was useless. For 3 days it stated "out for delivery." When the package finally did arrive, the taping had obviously been tampered with and 7 **************** sleeves were missing and no warehouse packing slip to be found. I am firmly convinced that this is courier theft. I have expressed my disgust with this courier to Nespresso and strongly suggested they drop this courier. Going forward, I do not want to have anything to do with Deliver-It, and now am uncertain if I can continue to order online from Nespresso again. My complaint is similar to all the other complaints on BBB and I see that the company never responds to complaints against them. Pathetic and deceitful. Scam of an outfit!

    I purchased order number: *********** from Sephora on 4/13/2024. Sephora used the courier "Deliver-It" to deliver my package. ******* says delivered, but there is nothing there. I checked around my apartment building, and nothing, too. My order was: $195.11. I would like a refund for the package that was not delivered.

    There is no customer service number to try and solve any disputes. When you call its an automated message that instantly hangs up on after about 1 minute. Impossible to know when your package is going to arrive because they never update the tracking info.

    Ordered a Dyson AirWrap from *******. Got a message 4/10 that my package was out for delivery. Expected it to be from *** or ***** but it was a company I had never heard of Deliver-It. I get a message that a delivery attempt was made but was unable to deliver due to unsafe location. I work from home and no one came to my home, my ring cameras did not signal someone came to the door or pulled up to my house. I asked my roommate who also works from home if they noticed someone came by and they stated no.No one knocked, no one rang the doorbell. The following day I received a text message again that my package was out for delivery. I get a text message later that day that my package was delivered. I check out front and nothing. My ring cameras also never alerted that someone was out front. No knock, no ring of the doorbell. I then check the delivery photo and its not my house. I then walk around my street to see if it was left at a neighbors or an address across the road similar to mine nothing. I call deliver-it and no human to talk to. Just directed to the website which is the same information you get from the delivered text message. Just an endless loop with no way to receive assistance. I then sent an email to Deliver-It and received a generic response back that they will look into the issue. Clearly a computerized response.I called Sephora and luckily they were able to refund my money for the product.Sephora was able to use the photo that deliver-it submitted and compare it to my home on ****** maps. Clearly it was not my home. The product is now out of stock and is not replaceable. Whats even weirder is the package in the picture is small and the product I ordered is larger item that should be in a larger box.Not sure why Sephora such a large company would use such a sketchy delivery service when there products are not cheap.

    Instance #1: Purchased product from **** on 10/23/23 for $183.92 Instance #2:Purchased product from **** on 04/13/24 for $289.67 Both instances: Deliver-it.com claimed attempted delivery and selected not home/ business closed/ signature required. Both instances, I was sitting in my home when I received the text that the driver made an attempt. No one ever even drove by. I live in a home - not a business. There was no signature required. Deliver-it.com does not have any contact information leading you to a human being. **** is completely unwilling to help.Deliver-it.com should be shut down. It is clearly a scam.

    This delivery service is not being genuine with their bussiness practices. I tried contacting by several ways that are given in their website. With research I realized that this bussiness has been scamming people and not giving them their packages. It is not fair to the companies or to the consumers that are being cheated out of their products.

    I originally ordered from Sephora on February 3rd, ****, which uses Deliver-It as their courier. When my package was first delivered on Feb 6th, a photo was sent from the company showing a completely different unit (tracking # DLP251099448). I went to the unit, and was not able to retrieve the package. I contacted Sephora the same day about the missing package, and they sent out a redelivery for me using the same courier.The redelivery (tracking # DLP251108872) was then sent to another different unit in my apartment complex on February 8th. Both times, they sent a photo proof of delivery, and both photos show two units different from mine and each other. I went to the second unit, and they said they had not received any packages that day.I'm led to believe either my neighbors are keeping my packages or the courier is taking photo "proofs" just to keep the packages themselves, and I am more inclined to believe the latter since I had not had any packages stolen from me and have not heard of any stolen from my neighbors. There are multiple negative reviews about this company on how they mishandle packages (caught on video) and don't even deliver to the correct address (with photo "proofs" similar to mine). My unit number is #**, and the packages were shown to be delivered at #** and #**. This sort of error is absurd. The courier company is unreachable through phone and their customer service via email is known to be unhelpful.Companies with a business model like this should not exist. They are known to deliver for Sephora, which people regularly spend hundreds of dollars on per order -- as well as Apple, which can consist of orders over $1,000. I was lucky to have Sephora place a redelivery for me, but multiple people have reported that their orders were not redelivered and they had to assume the loss for their missing or damaged packages. Please do something about this business as it is not ethical and causing people distress, loss of time, loss of money.

    On January 15th, I purchased the ************* Edition Airwrap from Sephora, Expected to receive the item no later than January 18th. I followed the tracking each day, however; on the 18th, the expected date through the carrier changed to the 19th, then to the 20th, by that Saturday, the status on the package changed to "on its way" with no date available and no further tracking details after arriving to the shipping hub. I called Sephora and explained the issue, resent the item, no questions asked. January 21st, the replacement item is now being sent. Once again, I follow the tracking - it arrives at the hub by Wednesday the 24th at 6:24am and expected to arrive the following day, January 25th. No package arrives, Shipping updates to "now expected by the 26th, 27th and so on. I checked on Saturday the 27th after still no package arrives I called Sephora and they explained I needed to call the carrier - So I do and they are closed over the weekend. On Sunday, I anxiously check the tracking again and this time it's been updated to "delivered" on Wednesday the 24th! I check my ring camera to make sure I didnt miss anything, but the package also required my signature, which I know I didnt give to anyone or receive a package. I called Monday to the shipping company and they said the package was never delivered and updated by mistake. (this is on VM)I called Sephora to let them know it was not delivered, and they wanted a three way call with DELIVER-IT so they can hear that it was not delivered- ******* on the line received that information from ******* at deliver it and my money is still not being refunded. however, I believe the shipping company is solely responsible for this error and the missing packages. I believe it was received from Sephora, but this is twice that my package goes missing then says delivered with a signature. I NEVER signed for anything. I was told to file a claim through deliver it from Sephora, but their claims are down. please help!

    Driver didn't deliver my order from aliexpress and marked it delivered. They even took a photo, proving that they didnt even try. they didnt even send it back to the send nor call me. I want my money back or my package. I will go through great lengths to get either!
