    I made a purchase through Forever 21 he used the company deliver it. I never received my package that was in October. Forever 21 refuses to do anything about it because they said it's deliver it problem and I have been trying to get a hold of deliver it for 2 months I have paid for this product and did not receive it and no one wants to help

    Telling merchant is item has been delivered. So I am stuck with a bill even though their tracking says shipping pending. It has not budget since the 7th of December. They dont have a way to get ahold of via phone . Email after email they still dont respond.

    I am expecting a shipment from Temu through Deliver It and the expected date was no later than Dec 9. It is now Dec 16 and I have made numerous attempts to contact Deliver It with no success via neither email nor phone. I get no response via email and can't get a live person via phone. To top it off, tracking says the the package has been 'out for delivery' for 3 days now. These are Christmas gifts that look like won't be here in time if at all and I am getting no customer service from ********************.

    The worst delivery service in the world. Never got anything delivered from them until I bought off Temu (still haven't). My delivery window was Nov 30 - Dec 10. Past that and still no delivery. First it showed tracking in *******, about 2 hours north of me where nothing changed for a week and now it shows it is in ****************, about ********************************************************************************* a week. You call them and you have no access to speak to a representative. It says go online to track which I'vee BEEN doing and looking deeper it says expected deliver is Dec 15th, I'm not expected to see it then either. Temu just says sorry wait longer! I used the think On Trac was the worst. Hands down Deliver-it is completely incompetent of delivering an packages.DLTMUC450358766B

    they incorrectly listed my item as delivered. When i noticed that my package was not on my porch and i verified with my Ring camera i reached out via email on 11/17/23 because they do not have a phone number, and they said they lost it in transit and marked it delivered incorrectly. They will not fix the issue with the merchant so i can be refunded. Tracking was Shipment DLP750588024 "delivered" at 4:16am

    This piece of s*** company seems like a scam. I ordered from Temu and deliver-it has not provided tracking updates and it seems my package is lost. This has never happened with any other company. Tracking info doesn't work and the help line doesn't work. The voice is some ********** woman who directs you to use the tracking number and the tracking number doesn't work

    I ordered 2 Lancome makeup products: 1) STAR BRONZER POWDER ********************** Bronze Finish $26.60 and 2) BLUSH SUBTIL POWDER BLUSH ****************Lasting Color $23.10 I live in a gated retirement community that has it's own **** POBOX which I ship my packages to due to theft at home address of mail and packages. They are only open from 9-3:30, and all the major/reputable delivery services (UPS, ****, FedEx) know this.They used Deliver it to ship it to me. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but the driver was somewhere I don't recognize (see photo they took of my supposed address) and you canNOT contact this delivery company. All listed phone numbers are recordings that direct you to their website, which does nothing but tell you they can't deliver your package. They offer a email way to message them, which I've done numerous times to explain the above and to try to redirect to my home address, but no one contacts me back. The retail co Lancome refuses to help me, saying it's my problem (won't order from them again) and now I am out $53.56

    The have 2 orders for me under tracking # DLP750577471 and DLP250994090 and they were delivered to the incorrect home. The picture they uploaded under proof of delivery it is not my house. i have tried to contact them several times but unable to pass the phone machine to talk to a person. I filed a claim to and unable to get an answer from anyone. I also email them and filed out a customer service form online. NO answer from them and my shipments are lost. I need them to recover my packages or give me my money back.

    This company NEVER delivered an iPhone from apple even though they marked it delivered. I attempted to contact them to find out what was going on.... And they ghosted me. Never responded or never provided proof of signature or delivery proof. The link to the tracking of the item has been removed from their website.
