    HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!!!! FOREVER 21 CLAIMS THEY KNOW THAT THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND STILL USES THEM! PACKAGE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED ON NOVEMBER 1ST.     ******** shipped from *********** was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 11/4/22. The Deliver-It website package tracker still reads "Expected delivery: 11/4/22" even though today is 11/6/22 and the package was never delivered. The deliver-it website lists the package as being "out for delivery" yesterday, 11/5/22. Again, no package received.Most maddening, there is absolutely no way to contact Deliver-It. The website lists two phone numbers, both of which lead to a voice recording that directs callers back to the very website that directs them to the phone numbers. The voice recording loops twice then hangs up on you. Arrrrgggghhhhhh!DELIVER-IT IS THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY ON THE PLANET!!!!!!!!!!!!!They should be shut down.

    On October 20, 2022 a Thursday, Deliver It attempts to deliver items that I purchased. My tracking is updated to say that my expected delivery date is now Monday, October 24. My items that I ordered are needed for October 23. What I dont understand is why they would hold onto my purchase and not deliver until after the weekend, when Friday and Saturday are days that most legit carriers make deliveries. The company I purchased from advised me to get in touch with Deliver It to arrange redelivery. I called both phone numbers and neither one had any way for you to speak with a live rep or to leave a message. Its simply a recorded message telling you to track your delivery on the website. Fine. I sent an email message through their chat function providing them with all necessary information and requesting help with my issue. After the next day when I still had not received a response, I sent them another request. Still no response. A company that holds on to your purchased merchandise and leaves you without a means to contact them, should be considered theft. If my package is not being delivered for another two days, where is it and why is it just sitting there? This company needs transparency and communication. If they cant do this they need to not be in business and reputable companies are taking a huge ****** with their customers if they use such a illegitimate company.

    I have had multiple deliveres with the company Deliever-IT and i have had the worst experience with them, there website doesnt have regular business hours listed and whenyou try to call them there is a prerecorded message.that repeats 2 times and then hangs up on you, if you get lucky after calling so many times, you are on hold for a long time, i was placed on hold for an hour and a half, before someone answered the phone, and they were very rude. The expectation is when you order something and you need assitance you want to talk to someone regarding your concern and with this company i don't feel this way about this company, and if you miss the delivery good luck getting the product you ordered. you cant get ahold of someone during regular business hours.

    On October 6, deliver-it was the courier assigned to deliver my package (tracking # sep250281591). The deliver driver made the decision to dump my package in the walkway of the apartment complex. He also took a picture of it (which I have attached). Needless to say, my package is missing and I have notified the company whom I bought my items from. I filed a complaint with deliver-it the day of the incident and unsurprisingly I have heard nothing back from them. This has caused a tremendous amount of stress. I do not appreciate how my package was handled or how they are ignoring my inquiry about it.

    I was charged $14 to ship a package about 40 miles.**************** to ***********. I would literally go pick it up for about the same in todays gas prices. Man do I wish that was an option because you will not be getting your package through this courier. They do not have phone support and will send you short in informational replies by email. They marked my package as delivered at the wrong location, wrong street, not even my zip code. So I went to the address where it was not found, only to be told that it was still on the truck and that was a mistake. Now I'm being told that it won't be delivered anymore and will go out for redelivery next week. All in all you could Priority a package double the size to the East coast, just stick with it and support the *************** BUT if you want more lazy drivers that want to get home earlier and s**** all the clients go with De iver-It!!!!!

    Similar story. Expected package delivery for an apple watch. I never received a delivery notification or a call from the entry intercom. Instead when I checked later that day my delivery was marked as "refused". I did notice that I had to missed calls from a random number with no vm and no text.I reached out multiple times over next 24 hours with no update to tracking info and no response. Upon contacting Apple, just got regurgitated the non-updated tracking record.Deliver-it is so shoddy and such a sham that they maintain no actual to contact other than email and a bogus contact us form. I can guarantee that if any of that is even read it is completely ignore and not acted upon. The Chat is broken and the phone number is a recording with no option to leave a message (not that any of those asshats would return).Even this complaint is hollow. It's not like any of us with bad experiences here chose Deliver-it or had a choice.At least I still have the ability to file a claim or get a refund since they claim "refused" and not "delivered".Good luck.

    Deliver-iT attempted to deliver my package early, but I missed them because I was working. I received a message from the driver stating they needed my gate code. I called them back that same day. **************** said they would deliver my package the following day. The next day no delivery attempt was made. I work from home so I was waiting for the package all day. I called customer service again and she they never got the message about my gate code. She also informed me my package was left behind at the hub. I didn't understand why my package was left behind. I asked for the address to pick up my package. Once I arrived at the hub, it was unorganized and unprofessional. I hope ******* 21 finds a new Delivery carrier.

    hello, i purchased some pods from nespresso and they claimed they attempted to deliver it but they did not. there are multiple attempts but none of them actually happened.
