I ordered a product through a company who uses Deliver-IT. The company told me through the phone that Deliver-IT should make 3 attempts to deliver the order. Deliver-IT claimed to have made 2 delivery attempts, on 1/9 and 1/10. However, I was home the entire time, actively waiting for the order. They never knocked on my order or rang the doorbell, and I never saw them approach the door either time. I live in a house where the address is clearly visible and it not difficult to find. They never made a third attempt at delivering the package, and instead returned it to the seller. The seller told me they do not know why Deliver-IT did this. The company has horrible customer service, and they did not try to contact me before returning the item. They never even approached my door during the delivery attempts. And as seen from other reviews, this is common for them. Its very frustrating thats theres nothing I can do to ensure my delivery attempts are being made properly.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase of $120 at Sephora- my package was shipped through this company (deliverit). They marked my package as delivered but never actually delivered my package. Also, the *** tracker shows that they delivered my package at a completely different location miles away from my home. I contacted them via email without response, when you call their customer service phone numbers it plays an automated message to reference there website and there is no option to speak to an actual representative- after the automated message plays it says goodbye and the call is automatically ended.Initial Complaint

A retailer used Deliver-It for their delivery service on an item I purchased. I have notified them as to the delivery issue experienced, which is similar to all previous complaints.Primarily:Deliver-It claims a package has been delivered. There are two phone numbers to call, one is a direct number the other is toll free Both numbers using the same ************** you to their website to "track" the package they say has been delivered when it has not.There isn't an option to speak with someone directly.This has the strong smell of a scam since you pay for a product with a retailer, who says shipping is free above a purchase amount over $xx, then the package doesn't arrive. Fortunately the retailer is reputable and a refund on my purchase is being processed (with me still contacting my credit card company not to pay the charge).There may be other retailers who are not as reputable using Deliver-It who will NOT Deliver-it and NOT refund you your purchase.Initial Complaint

This company is beyond awful. But they do run to a "script" of sorts. first a early attempt to deliver. Then no communication. Then they will state the package will be re-delivered but they DO NOT even try. then more no communication. After 6 days or so they will mark the item RTS and put it back in the hands of the original shipper.How do i know this? because this is exactly what i went through with them. They lie, the 2 phone numbers are a recording saying make sure you have your shipping number and then hang up.Almost impossible to get a email response. I guess i got "lucky" because a ******************* sent me 2 emails, one saying the package would be delivered. OF course is wasn't even though i was home All day to sign for my package. At 4:50pm they sent a "could not deliver package because there was nobody to sign for it". Basically wasted my day. Then of course 3 more days of no communication. i kept sending "are you going to deliver this today? tomorrow?" and got the "packaged marked RTS" and that was that.There is no reason for this business to be in charge of delivering ANYTHING and shame on the companies that are still using it.Please please please read their Yelp reviews page. Also their ******** page has limited postings due the amount of negative posts they are probably incurring.Initial Complaint

Dishonest and disorganized delivery company with ZERO customer service. I had a delivery scheduled for 12/19, which I was not home to sign for. I stayed home on 12/20 and 12/21 so I could sign for my delivery, but I received text messages on both days that stated the driver attempted delivery but there was no one to sign. I was home all day, and I reviewed my security cameras, they falsified those last 2 delivery attempts. The customer service phone number on their website is just an automated message that repeats itself and then hangs up on you. No way to speak to a live human, and they dont respond to their customer support e-mails. Avoid this company at all costs I will not do business with any company that uses Deliver-It as their courier service.Initial Complaint

I am having issues coordinating with this courier in order to receive what I paid for. Theres no phone number to speak with anyone, when I reach out it goes nowhere and when I email Im unable to get a response from this company. When I finally do get a response I am told to reach out to the business I bought the product from. I end up in a circle between two companies with neither taking responsibility for where my package is. I am given misinformation from deliver-it in regards to my package . I have on camera 1 attempt for delivery and then the next two days were no shows I am losing money at this point since the package I am waiting on is work related.Initial Complaint

I got a text today saying my package was delivered. I opened the link on the text and it showed me a screenshot of the front gate of my apartment building. My package was not delivered. It was not in front of my apartment door, left with the leasing office, in my mailbox, or even anywhere around where this screenshot was taken. It looks like you just threw it somewhere unfindable. So as of right now, I am out of all my money for the delivery and have not received the package.Initial Complaint

Deliver-It bills our payroll service provider, ********, *************** for "**********" service to deliver our payroll by 1:30PM. Yet, when we inquire using the tracking numbers, they list the delivery time as 3:30PM, and they are often later than 1:30PM when they deliver. This is unacceptable to us and a fraud. We need the service our payroll service provider pays for (and subsequently bills us for).We tried to take this issue up with Deliver-It, but the phone numbers only go to a recording telling us to track our shipments online.Initial Complaint

I ordered a medical device on 11/20 and received notification from the business that Deliver-it would be delivering my package. I received an update when it was out for deliver that an attempt was made. They lied. I have security camerasno when ever came and my neighbors confirmed they had not received anything either. The business sent a replacement but again dispatched Deliver-it to deliver my item and again they pulled the same thing. I emailed numerous times as well as called and nobody has gotten back to me. How they are still in business is mind-boggling. From now one if I see any businesses using this courier I will cancel my order on the spot. Someone needs to investigate their practices because they act so shady (lying about attempting delivery, not being able to contact them or receive a response back, etc).Initial Complaint

This company attempted a delivery to my address. I have no idea which shipper was attempting to deliver something to me, as the slip they left provides no information of any sort. The delivery slip has no tracking number on it, but there is a phone number to call to attempt a re-delivery. Upon calling the number, it turns out that it is simply a recording referring you to their website, www.deliver-it.com. The website offers tracking, but you cant track something if there is no tracking number. There is no way to contact any customer service. They dont offer a chat option either. The chat link takes you to an email. I attempted to email their customer service, but have received no response. They claim they need a signature, but the note they left on the door leaves me absolutely no option to try and figure out what this delivery is, or how to reschedule the delivery. I believe I have had interaction with this company once before, but if memory serves, that time I was actually able to contact a person for help. They were delivering perishable food items. The delivery was several days late, and the contents were spoiled when it finally arrived. This time around, they apparently no longer offer any kind of phone support. This company is shameful. They may be attempting delivery, but I have no way to try and contact them. I even attempted to find phone support for shippers, but such isnt available on their website either. Just awful.
