    I don't understand how reputable companies are using this service. 1st experience was with Nespresso, package marked delivered and it never was. 2nd attempt with Nespresso and again... never arrived and shipping status never updated. NOW I have an order from ******* and when I saw they were using Deliver-it I just knew well ill never receive this order. My package was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago, no status update with the tracking link and now I know I have to go back and argue with yet another company about wanting a refund. Wish companies were transparent with who they use for shipping. Id avoid ordering from them. I hope Deliver-it goes out of business.

    My package was over a week late from the estimated delivery date on their tracking site and the status said VOIDED I called customer service and she informed me that they had lost my package. A large package of items worth $700! They did not plan on calling me to let me know, but instead told me to contact the company I ordered from! (Because again, they were not going to contact anyone to let them know the package was lost)!!! How is this company still around?!? Absolutely terrible. I can only hope no one ever uses this carrier again and they are forced out of business.

    This company is a disgrace. They have NO customer service, there is no one to speak to about your order. There is NO communication with this company. They delivered the wrong package to my ************** my package as delivered. They are so IRRESPONSIBLE that they delivered someone elses MEDICATION FROM A PHARMACY to my address. On the package it says a signature is required for that package. How irresponsible is that? To give someones MEDS to the wrong address? And theres no one to speak to about my concerns????? HORRIBLE

    Terrible carrier!!! Sephora needs to find another carrier to deliver products. My initial ETA was August 17, 2022, but item was delayed till August 19, 2022. Come that day and still no package! Honestly Im getting sick of business using Covid as an excuse to not properly doing theyre job. As of now theres is no ETA and have not received my package as of August 20, 2022. Based on the reviews from ****** and yelp this is an on going issue.

    Deliver-It is a horrible company. They are not reliable. I have been waiting for a package since July 7. They told the company that I ordered from that it was delivered but it wasn't. Just horrible. Had to order it 3 times. I'm ready to *** them.
