    My 14 year old child was able to purchase a vape without any id verification required.

    we find there are 2 different orders according to the customer's name but we do not know which one he want to cancel ,and the parcel has been dispatched ,the customer should have recieved the parcel 
    we use the age verification tools to detect the customer's age and we also use ******** to detect every orders ,the avs/CVS are both verified 
    we suggeset the return and refund service ,please don't worry

    Ordered 10/11/22 Smok ***** vape kit Recieved kit on 10/14/22 Contacted Buisness on 10/15/22 because after putting fully charged batteries in mod box and trying to power on it would not power on or even unlock there was nothing but blank screen on vape mod, I contacted them to have a label sent to me for a return so could get a working item because mine was defective they stated they will not unless I sent them a vidio on ******* showing them the issues with device otherwise I could not return it, I stated no were on the warrenty on returns on their site does it say that and not everyone knows how to produce vidios on ******* to send to a company, they stated that they will not except my return so I'm out $54.99 for device ordered now. All I would like is a mod that works I never used it it was broken when I received I sent photos of the items to show nothing wrong with the appearance or use of any of the items only that the mod will not power on it's burned out. So I'm out of money and a vape kit they should except the return no issue if it's broken, this company is really shady to work a customer that has a broken item and gives them a run around about returning a defective item.

    Regarding the customer's order #********* placed on the 2022-10-11 ,there are two batteries in this order which we haven't known from the customer whether one of them is defective or both of them are defective 
    As for the after-sale policy the customer metioned, the seriel number and a vedio/pictures to prove the malfunction is necessary for every goods been used, we will not ask for the customer to return the items once the item been proved defective
    we can provide a  return& refund service only if the customer refused the parcel or show us the picture to prove that the parcel or item haven't been opened 
    Back to the malfuction itself, the customer report that the kit can not power on after the battery been fully charged, we suggest the customer confirm whether the battery is defective or the kit is defective(he can use the battery in the another item to check).
    We can resend the battery(2 batteries) for free specially to the customer if the customer insist the battery is defective, at the same time, there would not be a free after-sale service if the customer continue to report another malfunction without serial number and vedio

    It was not defective batteries it is a SMOK RIGEL VAPE MOD KIT, this company is making a story up now it was not about defective batteries it is about a $54.99 VAPE MOD BOX that is defective they are lieing to the BBB now this whole company is shady to lie and say it's batteries when it's not batteries it for a VAPE KIT I ordered I have emails I can forward to you the BBB so you can confront vapesourcing about their little tactical of making stories up that are not true I did not order batteries it's a MOD BOX part of the vape kit that's defective. Very disappointed in company's that lie.

     I bought a $100 vape for smoking the mod box was broken and the company refused to return for an exchange and you agreed with them so I'm out a vape and $100 I contacted them the next day after I tried using it it never worked.
