Placed an order July 2nd. Have used this company many times and no issues. Still no update with order so chatted them. Finally they said some items were out of stock and asked what replacements I would like. Why wouldnt they contact me prior if items are out of stock? Would my order just sit there? Website says 3-7 days shipping time. Prior orders ship within a few days. We are currently on business day 5 due to the holiday. Can I please get a tracking number? The only way to contact them is via chat. I have sent multiple emails and no one responds just the chat- way later.Initial Complaint

Purchased products on June 9th. Company emailed me on June 11th saying part of my order was out of stock, I replied asking them to cancel the full order and refund. No response. After not hearing anything back I emailed again the 16th, I also filled out the contact form on their website, no response. I then emailed again on the 17th and 18th. No response. I then reached out to them on ******** at 12 noon today the 19th, they read the message, but did not respond. Then today at 5:29 PM they email me a tracking number saying my order has shipped (incomplete mind you). I write them back and say that I do not want the incomplete order, They also promptly responded to my messages and emails today after 5:30pm on a Holiday saying they can't cancel an order once it has shipped. Strange how they were able to ship the product out after business hours on a day the **** is closed (Juneteenth). I will be contacting my credit card company to file a charge back against these scammers. I also want to point out that they charged me the full $124.21 even though they are only shipping me part of my order.Business Response

the customer service team informed you the other day and received your response that you are willing to wait.
We also notice you send us the e-mail to get the latest restocking information and the customer service team also replied to you but we do not know that you didn't receive them .
Considering the restocking delay and you are seeking for the delivery of your order, the customer service team split your order to send partial them in advance also to avoid the situation that more items in your order get no stock.
they should also send you an e-mail we refund the money to your e-wallet first, you can buy them next time when they restock or you can inform us to resend or refund to your original payment accout.
After all the misunderstanding (especially it seems that you can not receive our reply), we notice the item OXBA008K01 is the main reason you place this order, we treasure our customer and want to make you have a great experience, we finally send you e-mail that we can continue to send the order with 3 of them (2 in your order , 1 more as reparation)
we also accept the refund, the money is still in your e-wallet we can withdraw it and refund to your orignial account immediately if you confirm with the customer service team

I purchased a vape device April 30th, I was told I would receive within 20 days max. I do not have a tracking number that works. I have emailed them 3 times. Have gotten nowhere still have not received item. I was also Informed that this was coming from ********** then I come to find out it's from *****. That is truly horrible customer service. It wasn't that I wasn't willing to wait it was the fact that I had ordered the item which was in stock when ordered and It said it would ship 3-7 Business Days and then I was told it would be *****+ days before it would even ship..nobody in their right mind would wait that Long..it would have been different had I not already paid for the item..I think they knew what they were doing and had no intention of sending my item..on that note I would recommend them to send the item ordered for all the hassle I had to go through to even get a response from the company..this isn't the first time this has happened first for me but I know others that had the same issue that waited and never got the item even after waiting....If the company is willing to send me the item ordered free of charge I will withdraw my complaint but if not it will stay in place and I will further add to the complaint and I will also post a ****** review Warning ?? others to avoid their website..Initial Complaint

I place an order in February for some side panels replacements for my vape mod. According to the tracking this order has been sitting in ******* since March 13th. I cannot get any response from the company either thru the chat box on their website or thru emailing customer service. The only response I have received was about 2 weeks ago when I was told to wait patiently for my order. Purchased items on 3/19/25 @ 0814 it is not the 3/25/25 0841 and I have been unable to reach the company via its live chat link, email or phone. They have $300 of mine that I want back if this is a sham company or my items will never arrive as multiple Internet forums mention. I will dispute this charge and it will be approved. Id like for someone from vape sourcing to contact me and let me know where my items are, and when I will have them. Otherwise I want my money but Im about to just take it back.Business Response

On 02/28/2025 13:40:01 I placed a order for $113.74 for vape products.. the order shows delivered but I never received the package... I payed extra for the shipping insurance... when I reached out to the company they informed me I need to start a clam with **** when I reached out to **** they said the shipper would need to file the claim as the receipt number for insurance was needed and the amount payed for the insurance.. as well as other information that only the seller would have... 1/14/2024 is when i bought 2 products from this vape, tracking code recieved but website either purposely puts the wrong address on the shipping label or give fake shipping labels out, contacted for support they said they cant do anything, i ask for refund since said item HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED OR PLACED IN A *********** and they repeat the same nonsense saying they cant change the shipping address i said i dont want it anymore i want my money back and they keep the product they never even sent in the first place. I ordered online over 2 weeks ago, and it hasnt even shipped yet. Order#*********. I have ordered before from this company and it always ships within a few days.
