      i trust this company but that all they do is lie to people just to get you off the phone you talk to people hire up they do not care i was lie to buy home retention i put in application to see I could get help with my loan but i was wating on scow to run number i had put the applcation in it took 30day for one women todo it so i ran out of time so i had to start over because she lost most of the paper work .june 28 i start a new one they play game with me August 19 they sen me a letter say they could not help me they told while this was going on i did not pay any thin so nowi am behind in my morgage they report the month of august lie said i was 30 days behnd it jus a call center they ran the number back in june they lie to me say the srow was short they as for bank state ment for and other stuff i sent them every thing now they ask for200,35 dollor for the scorw they raise t0 700.00 dollar my morage they mail me letter say own them 100.400 dollar that was a lie they told me the computer do that that a lie too i bellieve they are trying to scam me fix my credit this is a lie i was waiting to see what happen to my applcation it cam in onthe 19 of august they said i nerver pay nothing they coutie to lie

      New American funding continues to add fees to my mortgage including attorney fees, title fees, and appraisal fees. I have contacted this company many times about the errors and fees. Without resolution or a response to my respa request.

      I was working with this company to refinance my rental property. They had already said that I was approved and that the only next step we needed to do was to hire the appraiser. Employee ****** ***** Informed me on Friday, August 5, 2022 that he was going to give me a call later that day about the appraisal. After not hearing from him, the next day I tried to reach out through phone, email, and text, and did not receive any communication. He was off Sunday, so Monday in the morning I gave him a call again. I called three times that day also leaving emails and texts trying to get him to call me. Same thing on Tuesday. On Wednesday, I got fed up and tried to call their 800 number so I can speak with one of the higher-ups. The higher up then tells me that I don't qualify anymore, which makes absolutely no sense. These people should not be in the business of lending, because they don't understand debt to income ratio.

      This Lender gave pre approval for home mortgage and made me pay for earnest money, inspection, appraisal, survey report, option fee and other miscellaneous expenses and then denied loan application just 4 days before closing date. Made me fly down to Texas from CO and check house and prepare for closing and then denied cause my income wasn’t sufficient. The income validation is the first and basic validation which mostly is checked within first few days and they made me wait for one month and made me pay and also loose all the money I spent for preparing for closing and earnest money as well.
      Then I had submitted multiple requests to get compensated from past 2 months and spoke to multiple people but nobody seems to care anymore and I am not getting appropriate response for refund.

      I request to please take strict action and assist me to get my money back which I lost because of their employee’s carelessness.

      I have chasing down business HQ and local branch both time to time and I am not getting enough feedback. There employee made a mistake and gave me wrong advice but still business is putting that blame on me rather on their employee. They have handled my account very lightly and have caused a lot of financial, reputation and mental health loss. Even after accepting or knowing their employee fault, managers are not responding me well.

      I applied for a refinance with new American funding I paid $595 for an appraisal which came out good I got the original appraisal report and then after that they had their apraiser change the report and say I needed aStructural engineer report on the foundation I called the appraiser and he said he saw nothing wrong with it they called him and asked him to add that on there I believe that was like 14 days after he did his initial report I think that is very wrong of them To have an appraiser change a report and send me a link to click on a structural engineer to get it. There's something very wrong with that And because his amended report they asked him to do was filed with FHA I have to pay for another appraisal with another company. They picked the appraiser don't think it's right to have him change his report so I have to pay for something not needed.
