  I informed C&S that the ink cartridge I'd purchased from them was defective. They responded immediately, walking me through a protocol in an attempt to make the cartridge function. When this did not rectify the problem, they immediately arranged the *** to return the cartridge at no cost to me. Within an hour of them receiving the returned cartridge the refund was processed and the credit was reflected at once in my bank account. ******************* worked with me the entire time and did an exceptional job. Such responsiveness, efficiency, and attention to detail by a company is hard to come by these days. I appreciated it immensely and can wholeheartedly recommend CompAndSave.

I was glad to reorder the Refill Ink from you again, since I didn't have any problems with the last refill ink I recieved from you. I am a ninty year age old lady.   I was very happy with my experience with ******. She was friendly, professional and efficient. Everything went quickly after my returned ink cartridges were received. She kept in contact with me through the whole process.I have already ordered and received my new ink cartridges to replace the ones that would not function. My printer did not recognize them. The new one is working as it should so far.I have received my refund as promised.

  This morning I placed my third order with your company. The ******** Service Agent, **************** was so charming and helpful that we sped through the order process in seconds. ****** is a great asset to CompAndSave, In life, you get one chance to make a first impression. This very gracious and professional staff person knows answers and your product line in an instant. You should give her a raise. Give her two raises.   The cartridges were not recognized by the printer. But the customer support gave full attention to assist with all troubleshooting steps but unfortunately nothing worked out. And the support quickly helped to create the *** form. The response was quick and helpful.
