    U-tec sold me their "Ultraloq pro wifi lock" in November 2022 via Amazon store. The unit after installation turned out to perform poorly, most notably their remote control/admin via Wifi. The company does not respond to multiple tickets filed a) through their website b) attempts to call customer support. a): the form asks 50 questions, you submit it, and no response - no cofirmation email, ticket #, nothing ever comes back. Tried a few times. b): Their customer service number puts you in a queue, then in 5 minutes it announces that due to the high volume of calls they cannot help you at the moment and please leave message. Leaving messages, you never receive a call back. Tried numerous times. The product is out of the return period to Amazon but still under warranty. However company failed their obligation to honor their own warranty. Judging from the multiple feedback, this is their regular behavior.

    I installed the Ultraloq Pro in my home. It had been working well for several months. Last night the device failed. The bolt motor does not turn. I have reached out to the company for assistance. They do not have a 24/7 assistance line for problems. I submitted a ticket. No one has responded. I have been locked out of my home for nearly 12 hours. I called when the website stated technical support would be available. I have called twice and no one has answered. They will not provide me with a refund, despite the product being under warranty. I have received no assistance whatsoever while I remain locked out of my home. This is a faulty product and it should not be sold on the market, but beyond that, for my own issue, I would like a refund.
