    We could have resolved this, all I needed was management to acknowledge me. This now makes the second defective part (first was the crankshaft) and has cost me countless amounts of money and time. My original order was placed on February 20th 2023 for the amount of $1,850.00 and I still haven't completed this engine rebuild solely due to these continued discoveries of defective products. I have called nearly every day for the past two weeks for the general manager to respond to my email. I do not feel like I am asking too much or too little in order to use the parts I have paid for and continue to have problems with. I believe it's appropriate and fair to request financial compensation for these continued grievances, for a combined total of 6 MONTHS. I have thoroughly documented, photographed, and made videos of every step throughout this rebuild. I want management to understand I have been patient, thorough, and polite. However, I have not been taken care of through this experience other than receiving a replacement of what I have already paid for back in February. The replacement crankshaft took THREE MONTHS just to reach my doorstep. That is completely unacceptable on many levels and now I expect compensation and communication: I have taken the time to prove my concerns. I am reassembling this machine with absolute confidence and skill with the aid of a factory service manual. ****** has been an outstanding representative of your company and has helped me to the best of his ability.

    Please help me, I am only trying to complete this engine build and want to continue using your company. I keep asking for ****** to reach out to me and see if we can come to some compromise but the response has never reached me through phone or email. I have called your company hundreds of times over the course of 6 months. I wish I could have been taken care of instead of having to file a complaint.

    Greetings ******! I believe you may have jumped the gun as your warranty was approved and shipped yesterday with the tracking number ******************. I apologize if our team did not reach out to you to informed you that it replacement was approved and shipped. I will address this with them. We're truly sorry the process took a little bit longer than inspected but when it comes to our products if there are any defectives or issues we spend a great amount of time looking into the matter to make sure we get it right. Not only for you but for all of our other customers as well. This includes communicating with our vendors. I personally do take full responsibility regrading our policies & processes as our customer service team was only following procedure.      I am rejecting this response because:

    I would appreciate if my original complaint would be read as a whole. Once again, my transaction with your business started on February 20th, 2023. Todays date is August 24th, 2023; we are now at 6 months and 4 days into this transaction and I still do not have my equipment back together.  Claiming I am, "Jumping the gun" ONLY recognizes the current problem which you have addressed; I have received the tracking information. What you are NOT recognizing is the fact that I have made numerous reasonable attempts to have you address what I am now having to do through the BBB. My bill for the storage, labor, and time of the engine rebuild has quadrupled because I had to have the engine back together twice before discovering the defective parts. Which then lead to disassembling it twice in order to replace these brand new defective parts. Can we not agree that six months of labor and navigating warranty claims is not reasonable for someone who is paying (me) for this out of pocket? The "jumping the gun" comment would equate to two weeks of me waiting for it to be approved. That does not recognize the 3 MONTHS of waiting on a crankshaft. Do not be so quick to assume that this is some sort of unreasonable claim made by a paying customer, I gave you EVERY chance to communicate with me directly. Your staff has handled this very well and has communicated with me to the best of their ability. I attempted numerous times to get you on the phone with me and even sent a email two weeks ago, which I was told you had received. Six months of my time, effort, and honesty has left me with nothing. I am clearly seeking some financial reimbursement for lack of quality control, accuracy, and time management. My shops time is not free and this machine has sat in the same spot since I placed the order. I am extremely reasonable; and this, once again, could have been solved by a response that aided me instead of hindering me. Look for my requests that I was told were sent to you. You simply did not bother to respond for either circumstances.

    Don't buy from this site. Especially the kits, they won't have everything you need and and parts may not be compatible with your machine.
    Example, all the gaskets to replace parts in the kit weren't included. Cam bearings we not rated at the temperatures an air cooled engine could reach. The stud kit wasn't complete. When you contact the company you will have to argue and fight for them to make it right. They will try to refund you their cost of the parts not retail. They will say their policy is not to refund individual parts from the kit. Do not shop here, you have been warned. Got part of the issue resolved and found more missing parts and still arguing.

As stated during the response to your Google review my team here has gone ABOVE & BEYOND in this situation. You purchased an aftermarket kit and received the kit. Since you were unable with your purchase and with some of the items you decided to purchase OEM parts and wanted us to refund you the OEM cost of the aftermarket parts you purchased from us. That is not within reason. However, you still decided to take care of you and issued a partial refund anyhow for customer satisfaction. We has also asked you to return the item completely and would fully refund you however you did not want to return it. Why not just return the item if you were unhappy with the the item? We offer free returns & exchanges on everything we sell. Attached is the the partial refund already credited back to your card. We wish you the best in the future and fully understand if you decide to go elsewhere for parts. Have a great weekend and stay safe! ??

    Sold me multiple dreams on items I bought that never shipped out. When asked ( threw via Email ) I was told it’s coming give USPS time to update. But Company had never shipped it.
