    Just like every other review about BPRATV Im giving it a 1star. About a week ago i ordered dual carbs for my raptor 660 and a week goes by and i dont receive a tracking number so I email the company and they say were working on it. Patiently waiting a couple more days and still nothing so I said forget it and emailed the company saying I was disappointed and wanted the order canceled. Waited a couple more days and I get no response to my second email!! So I decided to call and they said the carburetors are out of stock but will be here in a day or so (the website says in stock and available)!!! He said a Would u like to continue the process So Im like whatever and said go ahead and ship them if you said it will be a couple days. Guess what STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER. So I called again and he said we canceled your order as requested on email same guy over the phone I told him continue the order! IM DONE PLAYING ************. Complete waste of time.Dont make the mistake I did and order from a company that you didnt look at the reviews well you look at that all 1star reviews and I happily am adding to it!!

You contacted us on the 20th at 10:22 AM, and our customer service representative responded at 11:06 AM, resulting in a response time of 44 minutes from our team. We informed you that we anticipated receiving the item within one day, as we had a high volume of sales. You subsequently messaged us on Friday, the 23rd, at 8:31 PM, expressing your dissatisfaction:"I would like my order to be canceled! It is absolutely unreasonable that I waited an entire week and it still has not been shipped! This is completely unacceptable. I will order from another provider!"On Monday, when we reopened, as we are closed on weekends, we canceled your order and issued a full refund in accordance with your request. On Tuesday, you called to inquire about the cancellation of your order and requested us to proceed with it. This entails reprocessing your order, as we adhere to a strict first-in, first-out policy and prioritize shipping the oldest orders first.We fully understand your inability to wait and processed the cancellation for you as requested. Additionally, our shipping and handling time policy is available on our website, detailing the handling time associated with orders. If you believe any of this information is inaccurate, we would be pleased to provide you with all message logs and phone recordings.

    Do not ever buy from this site. They sent me an oem top end rebuild kit and it does not bolt up the same. I wasted my money and the customer service will not help at all and just ask the same question in circles and then all Of a sudden not respond. I repeat DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.

In fact, we offered you the option to return the entire kit or just the cylinder for an exchange if you were unsatisfied.
