    I am having the same experience as the other reviewer - I was told I would only be charged the $249.95 if I didn't return the materials in 30 days. They not only charged me, but I returned the materials to the address in the packing slip on May 31st, and it's now July 1st and I have not been refunded. I called and talked to a person on June 13th and they claimed they hadn't received the return but would research the issue and to check back in 1-2 weeks. I left another message today but am not confident I will ever see the $250 they charged me again. It's a SCAM!!!!

    I am so frustrated that 3rd party companies are able to get a hold of a minor's information and use it to lure people in to making unnecessary purchases. They told me my student had requested help and information for taking ACT. This was false. My student had NOT requested information. The information provided was falsified and not honest. They made it seem like it was from the school student services. They also said that we would not be charged for the materials being sent out, unless we didn't return them within 30 days. They did not just hold my card as a back up, but put the transaction through, when I was told they would not. The materials sent WAS NOT anywhere near worth the cost and when I tried calling them, I only received a voicemail.
