  I cant say enough about the integrity of Ambrose Solar. Everyone, from the sales person to the installers to the customer service representatives, are transparent, helpful and highly professional. Im so glad I decided to hire Ambrose to install my Solar system, especially after hearing of the experiences of friends and neighbors who used other companies.

  Ambrose Solar just completed the entire installation and implementation of our home solar system. I am nothing but satisfied over the entire process from beginning to finish. I did compare Ambrose with another well-known company, and Tory from Ambrose had given me a much better presentation and pricing. After I decided to have Ambrose install the solar system, all the Ambrose staff involved kept me informed every step that was going through and what needed to be done with my homeowners association. I basically sat back and waited for them to take care of the entire process. The installers came on 2 hot days to install 43 panels; but they displayed pleasant demeanor and professionalism. They explained all the questions I had for them and took away the roof tiles I didnt want to keep. The office support staff are all polite and pleasant. They would efficiently find out answers that they were not familiar with and responded back to me. All the timelines they told me were on target. I highly recommend Ambrose Solar to those who are thinking about going solar.

  Just had a 9.6 system installed with 2 power plus walls. Ambrose is 5 stars from start to finish. As a former solar installer, I have seen good installs and horrible ones. Ambrose team was a well oiled machine and got the job done fast! 2 days for 24 panels, 2 powerwalls, commissioning. Can't beat that. They worked long hours and wanted to get it done; no rush jobs and no skipping on quality. From pre-sale to sales consultant, to permitting, to install, to closeout, the Ambrose team took care of it all. Conduits were installed straight, level, and looked good. Panels were aligned and final assembly was perfect. The team always stopped to answer any of my questions and asked if I had any. They pitched the "Ambrose Promise" and they delivered. No trash during install, no trash after. No mess, the work was organized, no damage to the roof or the wall. They did a trash walk!! Office team was easy to work with and communications was spot on. No guesswork, no surprises. The installers really took pride in their work, there was no drama. Inspection passed the first time and they did not leave until EVERYTHING was working properly. Their checklist is extensive. They even painted the conduits and the wall as company policy! I highly recommend them for the quality, great communication, delivered as promised, and their price was competitive. I am a happy camper.

  Ambrose Solar did our system and we are very satisfied. We got a lot of quotes and I felt our salesman **** from Ambrose was one of only two of all those we spoke to that was direct and no nonsense while still being extremely informative. They installed our solar much faster than the other quotes we had received and handled all paperwork to PG&E in a timely manner. The only delay was waiting for PG&E to approve which took ages, but during this time their rep ******* was not only communicative if I had questions but actively reached out to me to let me know we weren't forgotten and it was still being worked on. From beginning to end we felt taken care of, and now that our solar is approved and working were thrilled to be producing enough to cover our usage even during the recent heat wave. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in their service area looking for solar.

  From start to finish, the Ambrose Solar team experience has been outstanding! We had been holding off on the purchase of solar but getting NEM 2.0 expedited our decision. We were contacted by ****** and provided the benefits as well as good pricing and incentives. We signed up and survey and install began and completed; kudos to the survey and install team who answered any questions I had on-site! During each phase, the Ambrose team (*******/******) kept me updated as we progressed. After receiving the **** **** contacted me and provided a thorough rundown on the applicable applications to ensure I understood how to access and see/read how solar performs daily, weekly, monthly, etc.! A job well done by the entire Ambrose team!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

  I was considering getting solar for my home for quite some time. With *** 2.0 ending in a couple months, I knew I had to either get it installed soon or wait and be satisfied with *** 3.0. There were so many choices out there, and I didnt know where start and who to ask. This was due in part from the variety of experiences other people had. I did my due diligence, got on the internet and researched several local solar companies. One of the companies was Ambrose Solar. Long story short, Ambrose Solar was the highest rated on Yelp. I sent an inquiry via their website and was contacted immediately by ****. **** set me up for a consultation with ******, who explained in very simple terms how solar worked. ****** was upfront about the cost of solar and explained exactly how much solar we needed based on our usage (and future usage for an EV). We then signed our Sunpower Agreement with ******. From there, ****** put us in contact with *******, the project manager, who set us up with the pre-site inspection. ******* worked with us throughout the installation and PG&E Interconnection. ******* was easy to get in touch with, and he always returned my phone calls and email messages promptly. During the engineering and design phase, ********* helped us get our paperwork submitted to the city. After the installation was complete, **** contacted us two weeks later to follow up on our solar project.I am completely satisfied with Ambrose Solar. I understand that they were extremely busy the first half of this year helping other customers install their solar before the *** 2.0 deadline. But the Ambrose Solar team went above and beyond to guide me through the process and help me get solar for my home.

  I cant say enough about Ambrose Solar. The initial interview was with ***. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Our panels were installed in February and we had zero problems. The installers were such hard workers and always on time. Our project manager, ****** was fantastic. She was responsive and super sweet. She always made sure our needs were taken care of. Their solar application is very easy to use. We got a call from **** and he went over it in detail and answered all our questions. Thank you all so much for everything. We are very happy with our solar.

  I cant say enough about our wonderful experience with Ambrose. We had our initial meeting with ***** and he was easily able to explain how everything works. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all.They use an amazing software application that looks at your roof and determines how much sun hits each part of your roof. It then adds virtual panels to your roof so you can see how the installation would look.After giving the green light, it was an extremely smooth and quick transition to doing inspections to prep our house for solar.The installation crew were top-notch. ***** and his crew were able to get the job done in two days. The quality of the work is excellent and I would highly recommend anyone going with Ambrose for a solar installation.
