    I placed an order on March 24, 2025 to stay lit design as a birthday present for my sister. I have tried multiple times to reach out because I never the product I paid for. Two of the times I reached out someone did reach back out saying that they would send me a tracking within 24 hours and I never received anything. Since April 22, they have not responded to any of my emails or messages. I never received the product or a refund that I requested. Order #*****

    Business has not shipped my package out and tells me its out of their hands I just want my item or a refund. Ive contact the business multiple times and they refuse to respond to me

    Contacted them multiple times over the week to try to cancel my order because I ordered the wrong thing, I have gotten no responses even though their website says that they will get back to you within 24 hours. Apparently other people have also been experiethis issue.

    As stated in our shop policies, all of our items are custom made to order and we do not allow cancellations. Once an order  comes in, it is being made right then. Her order has been shipped with tracking information, **** 420365429300110597204161071641.

    That is not the order I want cancelled. That is the tracking number for order #*****, I want order #***** cancelled, tracking number ******************************. Its been in pre-shipment since March 29, and I contacted long before then. I placed order #***** after realizing the item in order #***** was the wrong thing. I actually asked for a cancellation right after I ordered the wrong item. Its ridiculous that its taken this long to receive a response from anyone.
