    stay away!!! I placed my order in April and its 2 months later and I have NOT received my order. They haven't responded to my 8 emails. I found them on ***** and was told we are only a 4 person team. **** then hire more people and STOP taking orders. They printed the label May 12th and NEVER shipped it. FRAUD.

    Paid for product that the company never sent out and they ignored my email inquiring about obtaining a tracking number. Had to file a dispute with my cc company.

    I accidentally ordered the wrong thing so I tried contacting them asking for a cancellation. Their contact **** says they will get back to you within 24 hours; they did not respond to the multiple emails I sent over a week so I was forced to file a complaint to hopefully get a response. When they responded to the complaint I was told that they dont do cancellations, which is fine, but its ridiculous that I had to go that far to get a response. They told me that my package had already been shipped and sent me tracking information for another order I placed which was not the order I wanted canceled. I literally had my order number in the complaint. The order I wanted canceled has been in pre shipment for a month. I dont think its coming.

    Horrible place. Spent $200 and still never received anything I ordered nor can I gat them to email me back or contact me back in anyway. I guess the BBB ain't going let me report them like these other people and people just keep losing money to them without getting in any trouble. I thought that's what the BBB was for? Their just as much as abjoke then anything not wanting to do their jobs to help people. They just going let me keep losing money over and over again and don't care for the customers at all or they would've already done something by now. BBB is a joke.

    HORRIBLE customer service. Shady buisness practice. I ordered a "one of a kind" glass and I never received a confirmation email or text. I never got my tracking number either so after a couple days I went back to the website. I tried their instant chat. They never responded. I looked for a number and couldn't find one. Then I followed a link to their ******** page and personal messaged them. Finally got a response and they blamed me for not giving them an email. (I did. I always use the same one for orders. I don't give my number out too often). I asked if I could provide it now and get my tracking number they said no, because I didn't do at the beginning and their third party shopify service doesn't always work. How wonderful to work. I still haven't received my product yet either. Just a horrible place.

    The customer reached out via our ******** business page. We responded promptly with a photo of their order page with tracking information. The customer DID NOT input their email when they ordered, rather their phone number. We have proof of that on their order details page. *******, our 3rd party website host, sends all of the notifications automatically and sometimes we have found, they have an issue with sending to the phone numbers. I told the customer all of this. Their order had tracking information already which the **** website said was " in transit". I gave the customer this tracking information when they proceeded to say I wasn't helping them . Unfortunately, we are not the **** and do not hand deliver packages to our customers so I have zero control over tracking, delivery or its updates.

    I did input my email. Your system messed up. I told you that. I also gave you my email AGAIN and you refused to email me my tracking information and the piece I received was chipped. I have screenshots of our conversation and the lack of care or professionalism you had during the conversation.
