    On December 12th I had placed an order for bracelet. It took them a little over a week to even fulfill the order once I received the order I was not satisfied at all, literally as soon as I got the bracelet the next day On December ******* I had sent out an email to bids.com for a return Took a little time for them to respond, but eventually sent me the shipping label the next day I shipped out the package and they received a package on 26 December its now the 31st and Bids refuses to answer my emails they have not given me my refund of yet of $253.58 for order number ORDER BIDS55508 this company is very shady the way they run business and trying to contact them is nearly impossible I would like my refund of $253.58 please I shouldve known better dealing with this company prior to previous reviews. Ive seen on the Better Business Bureau and other places you guys should be ashamed once they take your money, they dont care about anything else and if I dont get my money, I will make it my mission to make sure that no one shops on this website again ever.

You sent it back and contacted us the sameday when the item was delivered. We informed you that the vendor needs 2-3  business days to inspect the item and to refund you. After that, a full refund was issued.     These guys are auctioning "real" jewelry, but they aren't. I bid and won an 18k gold emerald ring and a rose gold 10k ring with a diamond. When I got these rings they weren't stamped with a reading. Took them to the jewelry store they told me there were fake. This site is a scam. I bid and won on about 20 items and they all look fake. I got a "designer" watch and it looks and feels like I got it out of a quarter machine or from the dollar store. I threw the stuff away.
