    I have bought many items back several years ago and was awesome. I just bid on an item that was advertised by Bids.com as having a retail value over $100,000 and the"Buy now price" is over $30,000 and I found this item for sale for $30 at another online site. This is disgusting and disappointing. I don't know who owns Bids.com now but it sounds like a fraud and a scam to **** was a very frequent purchaser in the past. Very sad to turn into this.

    I have been a member of bids.com for many years and have never had a problem with their goods and services. If I am not happy with my purchase I can return it with no questions asked and get a full refund. The items are sent in a timely manner and their customer relations are very good.

    I was so impressed with the jewelry I received at such a cheap price, I bid on more. Some things take longer to receive than others, but never over 5 or 6 wks; not for me anyway You can Id on items starting at $1 and way up. I only bid on the lower items but no one knows they're $12 or less I have never had an issue where I needed to return an item, so not sure of how the returns work

    I have bid and purchased from Bids for years. Most experiences positive. When I had an issue my money was refunded and that was only twice for all of my purchases.
