    Ordered four remote control cars as Christmas gifts through Jills Steals and Deals on the Today show. None of the cars worked properly. One remote had the front cover missing and the car didn't work. One car ran sporadically, stopping and starting while the remote as fully engaged for the car to move. One car did not run at all. One car only worked with a remote from one of the other cars, not the remote that came with the car and that one also ran sporadically. World Tech Toys will not issue a refund as they said all sales were final. They wanted me to take the cars back out of the packaging and re-install batteries and then take a video of each of the cars to prove that they were not working properly so that the could send me replacements. Who would want a replacement when 4 out of 4 cars did not work. I spent $155 dollars of my hard earned money and had 4 disappointed children on Christmas day and I have little to no recourse, other than going through a big hassle to have four more cars sent to me which, most likely, will not work.Shame on World Tech Toys AND shame on the Today show for representing such a badly produced product. If I could leave zero stars, I would. This was a really big disappointment.

    I ordered the ******************* Boxing Set for my son for Christmas. I reached out by phone to cancel the order because I found a set cheaper than what I paid. Their customer service department went straight to voice-mail (different for a business). I left my information and no one returned my call. Next, I emailed their support team for my refund and to no avail, no one responded. Finally, I reached out to the BBB for support in this matter.

    Terrible customer service. My product(car) that was purchased was damaged & the company wont pay to have the product(car) sent back to them for a refund or a replacement. Terrible customer support.

    Their "unbreakable" Hercules helicopter broke after 1 day. It was a Christmas gift to my son and after flying it twice, the lower blades stopped spinning and the helicopter will no longer fly. I made multiple attempts to reach customer service and with persistence finally got a hold of them. I was never able to contact them via phone but eventually got a response over email. I was told I'd have to mail back the item for them to inspect. I was quoted $***+ by **** and other mail carriers to send back. The item was only $** to purchase. I can't justify spending $*** to mail back. Hobbytron says they will not offer discount, replacement or anything else, unless I mail back. This toy was terribly disappointing and hobbytron customer service even worse. I attempted to leave a review on their website and my submission appeared to be blocked, on multiple attempts, likely because I was leaving a poor rating/review. No wonder they have only good reviews on their site. Beware of their products and horrible customer service. They are not standing behind their products.

    I bought two glow in the dark Hercules for my two boys and they love them.they are of high quality hence they don't easily break and they are value for money.
