I bought 3 flying figures from a local retailer and 2 were defective right from the box. The retailer told me to contact the manufacturer. World Tech gave me nothing but excuses and told me there was nothing they could do. All I'm asking for is replacement product for what's clearly defective. World Tech will not support there products or try to help their customers in any way.Business Response

On Wednesday, June 4th, a customer contacted us reporting the purchase of four Heliballs from *********, a third-party retailer. The customer indicated that two units malfunctioned on the initial day of use. We explained that due to the purchase being made through a third-party retailer, warranty coverage was not applicable. Consequently, we recommended the customer return the items to ********* for a refund, as direct replacement from our company was not feasible.
The customer was repeatedly informed of this, yet insisted on replacements being issued. We reiterated our recommendation to the customer.

I am rejecting this response because:I was directed to contact the manufacturer in case of a problem. Anytime with any other company you reach out to the manufacturer directly they make things right. World Tech doesn't stand behind their products or support their products at all.

As we have previously mentioned, our policy in these situations would be that this be returned to the retailer you purchased it from. I purchased 4 remote control cars for my Grandchildren, on Sunday February2,2025 visited with my grandchildren and gave them the remote control cars , they opened them and placed new batteries in them one did not work, put another set of new batteries in still Did not work called world tech toys got voicemail on 3 different days voicemail was full, I purchased these from tv ad, and would appreciate them replacing the defective Bugatti remote control cars car (white) with out the run around.Business Response

Date of transaction 11/28/24 Purchased Bugatti Chiron 1:10 Electric RC Car - Blue from World Tech Toys through Stals and Deals Today Show. Item was defective when opened. After charging battery the car wheels would not turn using the controller when my grandson tried it on Christmas. I emailed the company on 12/25/24 and again on 12;26/24. Phone calls made on 12/26/24, 12/27/24, and 12/28/24 to World Tech Toys with message left. No reponse from company as of today's dat of 1/18/25. Item received not working sent 3 emails to Hobbytron which is there other name no response. Cant call cause voicemail is full called different number from World tech same thing message states send email. Toy was delivered weeks late after Christmas when opened package tried to get it to work nothing it just doesn't work. This company by reading reviews has terrible customer service and quite often send broken toys to the buyer. Our toy we received was broken and we cannot get ahold of the company at all. Weve called and emailed and they refuse to respond and fix the issue. The amount spent was $55.91.Business Response

On 11/28/24 I placed the order: TSD889200190-A It was to include 1 black lamborghini, 1 red mustang, 1 blue mustang and 1 grey mustang On the same day someone, who lives at the same address as myself placed a totally separate order: TSD1631611048-A It was to include 1 grey mustang, 1 red mustang and 1 blue mustang On 12/14/24, 1 box arrived to the address. We think World Tech Toys might have combined the orders? But not sure why this would be done as the orders were placed by 2 different people (different last names), 2 different credit cards.Regardless, between the two orders, we are missing 1 blue mustang 1 grey mustang -We were guaranteed delivery before Christmas. -Their customer service number is only taking voicemails (which have left 2) with no response.-I have submitted a form via their website, no response. -The email address on their customer page is incorrect and emails sent to that address are returned. -so there is basically no way to get in contact with the company. -Orders from 2 separate people should never be combined. -we both paid shipping ($30 and $22) but part of the orders shipped in 1 box. **Also, separate my account from **** ********Business Response

I ordered a ******************* boxing kit for my son for Christmas 12/25/23. When my son opened the kit we eventually realized it was defective so i called them for a replacement. It took two weeks for someone to get back to advice me how to go about a replacement. Mind you the kit cost $80. I was told i would have to pay shipping to return in order to get a replacement. Fast forward now to January 15 ********************** a rma # so i can reshipped the item. Went to reshipped the item and was told it would cost $108. So i called back the company that i refused to pay $108 to return an item i paid $80 for thatcame manufactured defective and they need to find another solution to help me replaced the item or refund me back my money. After speaking with their customer agent I was told their policy does not allowed that and that they will do nothing for me. How can this company be in business why should i have to pay for something that was not damaged by me. I want a refund or replaced my item and they pay for shipping. Because the shipping i already paid for when i ordered the item was only $15. This is very disgusting of this company and they expect to get away with it and i refuse for that to happen because they are beyond unfair.Business Response

Placed order #HB38192 on Dec. 9, 2023 for Nano Hercules Unbreakable RC Helicopter, with package protection. Arrived bent and would not turn on, even after charging overnight. Have tried to contact the company multiple times, both by phone and email, without any response. I left a review on the website but, suspiciously, I have not been able to ******* yet. Hello!
We can not issue a refund as this item was already opened and used. Per our policy, any items opened and/or used and have a defect can be replaced or exchanged with a different item of the same or lesser value. Refunds are only for those items that haven't been opened.
We have already sent out a replacement to this customer on December 29, 2023.

I placed an order for a flying sonic toy. I received an email on 11/24/23 stating that my order has shipped. My credit card was charged that same day. As of today, 12/7/23, the tracking info shows my order has not been picked up by the carrier. I have sent a request through their website and sent two emails once the last week and a half and have had no response.
