    Dashboard fell off leaving the parking lot after installation. The device was malfunctioning for the first month of service. Device was supposed to be removed on the 5th of July now they want me to pay an additional 19 days to remove the device, a month and 2 days after removal date.

    Bottom line is Lifesafer is a joke. Pathetic customer service. After installation good luck getting someone on the phone.Choose another company.

    I dont go out of my way to write reviews very often, but this is possibly one of the worst companies Ive worked with in my entire life. Everything from the customer service to the install was just an awful experience. Technicians installed my interlock device wrong not once, not twice but THREE times, causing me to go through so many hoops and stress. **************** is NOT helpful at all or informative, youre basically on your own figuring out the forms you need to fill out for THEIR removal process. Ive had to call customer service multiple times a week, with being locked out before my scheduled appointments, them neglecting to tell me what forms THEY need, and overall tech problems. 100% Dont recommend this company.. ever.Edit: As Im going through the removal process Lifesafer is requesting a form from mandatory actions. I called Mandatory actions and they told me they have no idea what that form is, and told me that life safer is legally supposed to take out my interlock now (I already got my drivers license reinstated) Mandatory Actions THEMSELVES told me to file a legal complaint against lifesaver. Which I may have to do.Edit 2: Lifesafer is still insisting on the form, while ive respected their removal process, they send me one form to get signed that takes a week and then sends me another. *** asked for all forms at once to make the process faster (and not cost me anything more then im supposed to pay) , and they keep adding more forms, causing me to continue to pay for their service almost criminal if you ask me. *** requested a refund but was told I need to wait till my interlock is removed. ??????? When i told them about mandatory actions i suggested they contact them for both their lack of communication to which a lifesafer agent told me theres nothing they will do and as a client its my job to send them a form, which by the way, looks completely like its supposed to be filled out by the installer.

    I thought this company had great customer service but now that I'm done with my DUI program and also have been eligible for 3 months to get my device removed they keep telling me to call back, that they can't scrolls the removal. I keep having to pay more money and if I try to just schedule the removal they say I'll have to pay an early removal fee even though I've completed my time. I keep getting told to call back. This morning they told me their whole removal department is down and I will have to call back tomorrow. They just keep trying to push out it out so I have to keep paying more money. It's extremely frustrating and I don't know what else to do.

    I was truly excited that my removal date was coming up, and scheduled the appointment right away, but when we got there were told it cannot be removed.For me, having to make the one hour drive to the appointment, gas prices in general going up, the inconvenience, the attitude we received from your representatives due to our confusion, having to take time away from work to get this done, it was all too much and I finally decided to try and get management involved and make them aware that this is a job, and a serious matter at that, dealing with these sort of things is extremely sensitive and the customer service Ive been receiving all year has been completely negligent. Everybodys always trying to rush me off the phone, immediately defensive and nobody seems to really care or want to help. On the contrary, theyre much more quicker to charge me extra fees or hang up on me.Today, I found out why. Your regional manager, is leading your companies down this path. She does not respect customers, shes demonstrates toxicity by hanging up and then calling me right back asking me to change my tone(as if Im her child) otherwise she would hang up on me again, completely power tripping and 100% serious. I wouldnt have had a tone if I was treated with any respect, and after trying to get one call from her in two days I was completely fed up and did not want to speak with her. I requested a different manager trying to to deescalate the traumatic and shocking encounter more than 10 times, and they refused to give me one. They kept feeding into the fire(they including the receptionist), taunting me and not helping me. Please review emails and calls. ******* even accused me of assault for calling her lazy. My goodness, she didnt even want to call me! I needed a manager to step in and address the unprofessional behavior at Lifesafer, but found out why thats an issue in the first place instead. I never even got to address my concerns, and a new problem emerged.

    Mistreating completely incompetent techs fraudulent charges customer service is useless and frustrating
