      My Gateway computer is a piece of garbage. From the beginning of its use up to recent time, it had malfunctioning, defaulted and was having overheating. Gateway company was totally careless, unresponsive and arrogant to our communications. I am a student and the laptop is a vital part of my life. I spent hundreds of dollars in check **** restarts and repairs on this junk. This computer is not having even an antenna to be connected to our internet network, whether at home, work or in the university. I demand that the manufacturer either replaces this garbage or reiumburse ** all repair costs we've paid throughout this period. I am pregnant and can't expose myself to more stress and anxiety. The only way that I can be heard on this problem is to put my story of this cheating manufacturer on TikTok and ******** so that other victims just like me will join me in my forum and hold GATEWAY company responsible. This is unacceptable, the customer is completely avoided and mistreated like in a humiliating manner.

      Purchased a laptop via ******* November 2022, since receiving have had to call at least twice regarding the same issue with the computer having problems staying connected to home internet. The first call customer service suggested I just turn my computer off and then turn back on. Called Friday May 12,2023 after having the same issue, this time person walked me through uninstalling internet driver. and when I asked what to do a few days from now, his suggestion was a factory reboot of computer. This computer is still under warranty and I am not going to keep taking the steps to correct a problem that continues to exist. this company needs to send me a working computer.

      On November 10, 2022, I purchased computer model GWTN156-9GR from walmart.com, as a gift for my wife. The computer, since day 1, has repeatedly demonstrated instability, with blue screen critical failures since day 1 of use. Compounding that issue, the adhesive strips holding the monitor in place have failed on half of the monitor screen, and thus it sags when opening and closing the machine. The machine has been in place on a desk since opening, and has never been dropped or received any damage. Finally, and most recently, the machine has begun randomly demonstrating a complete lack of responsiveness and will not boot up, for days at a time. I have, at this point, had to consider that my wife has lost documents, photos, and other data stored on this machine that are unable to be retrieved.I have attempted to call the number for gateway, several times, but after 15 minutes on hold, the line disconnects. I have emailed gateway for warranty support, but after several weeks there has been no acknowledgement of my email and I am concerned their 1 year warranty is stated but not achievable by consumers. I would like this computer either repaired or replaced, or monies refunded for purchase. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer.

      I bought an RCA **** HD tablet from HSA. I only used it five times. I got it last november. It won't turn on. I've been on the phone with RCA. They have a year warranty. I was on the phone three times for 45 minutes each. After 45 minutes one time I got cut off. They told me they were sending me forms to fill out. After three attempts to tell them I did not receive it I asked them to send it to my husband and a friend. It finally showed up in my email. I filled out all of the forms they asked for a video a picture the serial number, told them I had the original box which they asked for. I have not heard a word back from them. I have emailed them at least six times asking what is going on. No response. I don't know what to do. It's a faulty product and they should replace it. And they are just shining me off

      The computer was delivered 1/19/23 from Walmart.com. On 3/9/23 I called customer service and explained the computer wasnt charging. They requested information from me by email and I complied. I was told I needed a charger. I have called 5 times and they either disconnect or tell me the receipt isnt clear and resend it I have sent emails all to no avail. No one has called or emailed me. The only contact is my phone calls. I am 82 and dont know what else I have to do to replace the charger

      I PURCHASED GATEWAY LAPTOP IN DEC 2022. IT WAS SUPPOSE TO COME WITH 12 MONTHS FREE OFFICE 365. CONTACTED *********** REQUESTED INFO THAT I HAVE SENT TO THEM 3 TIMES.       I purchased a Gateway laptop from ******* on April 3, 2022, for $199.00 plus tax ($218.59 total including tax). The laptop hinge broke in November 2022, and I contacted Gateway *** support (ESI Enterprises) who had me return the laptop so they could repair it since it has a one-year warranty. I did so and received the repaired laptop back in a timely manner. I contacted the company again on January 28, 2023, because the back of the laptop had cracked where one of the screws that hold the back on is located. That portion has since completely broken off. On February 2, 2023, I received an email response from ************************* with Gateway *** Support stating, "Please let us know if the unit is physically damaged then it will not be covered under manufacturer warranty but we can help you with the repair price." I responded on February 2, 2023, stating, "The back of the laptop cracked where there is a s**** when simply opening and shutting it. That portion has now fallen off. Yes, it is physically damaged because of laptop cover was weak at the point of the s**** This is a manufacturer design defect and the one-year warranty should cover this defect." I also included photos to support my claim. I did not receive a response to that email. I have emailed Gateway *** Support five times since that February 2nd email and have received no response.

      A JVC TV that I bought from ***'s Club and under warranty that they were suppose to fix or replace. This has been going on for 4 months and they have repeatedly lied. Have numerous emails I have sent talked to several people telling me different stories. Today I talked to Mark (in *****) said I would get an email from ESI by the end of day about getting a technician. I was told the same thing on December 21st and January 12th of this year and nothing. I would never buy another JVC product. This company is a JOKE!

      I am ************************* purchase date 4/26/22 cost ****** before tax from ********************************************************************************************************************** The original item was determined to be broken by gateway technical support. and returned via ***** I returned the item for repair. There was a wait time of near 8 weeks. The repaired item was determined by gateway to be broken. i returned it to receive a new unused item. the new item showed up with a rattling sound inside of it and had the same issue as the other computers. i actually have a video of the most recent pc's issues. The devices speakers do a double click near every 2 minutes. After the lack of care from customer service i began to request management. After not getting a call back from them 2 times I was contacted by a supervisor via email. We agreed that the issues i have gone through have been plentifull and that it is worthy of an upgrade from my computer to another. Ultimately the supervisor stopped responding.
