    What a scam, the tech came to clean carpet and stairs. The put a hole in the wall, damage my staircase, and left the carpet worst then when they started. The company name is used across the *** but you cannot find a business license for them. Luckily I refused to pay until damages were fixed but there is no way to contact them. No physical address. This is from ****************. They do not respond for how they will fix the damages. I have filed a fraud complaint with the state of Washington.

    I hired them to do an deep cleaning on my carpet and they did not clean it..my carpet looks exactly the same. I told they guy when he was done he bullied me into paying him..I called the company showed them pictures and they laughed in my face and blocked my number..im out 200 ..this company is s scam. I can not call anymore bc I'm blocked. I've asked for my situation to be escalated and I haven't heared anything back.. these company is scam company..the email address on the website is fake..SCAM BUSINESS

    Complete scam. Cancelled my first appointment, rescheduled for a new one. Called an hour after said appointment and quoted me $400+ for a room they never even seen.

    Very very pleased!! They were able to make the carpet in my teen's room look brand new! They were on time, very professional, and explained everything. The upstairs smelled wonderful and I would have them back again! They did stairs, upstairs hall and a bedroom and it all ************** carpet! Thank you!

    I would NEVER use them again. The first time I scheduled them to come, I waited 8 hours and the tech wanted to come at 6pm from my 10am appt so I rescheduled. Then a different person came and he has totally ruined my lightly soiled carpet. It is now fully damaged and stained.

    The bad business practice is just simply done systematically. Very responsive when you click for a quote online and would give you cheap quote for the work you want done. The tech shows up and would immediately convince you to do a "deep cleaning" for the quote they gave over the phone will not do anything. Work gets done and I immediately notice the bad work, but the tech would give you a response saying that it will go away once it dries up. And then follows it up by saying "they can do a re do for free if it does not work." I called the next day and was told that they would look into it and would have the tech guy call me. 2 days later and after speaking to 4 customer service people, I spoke to the tech guy who immediately denies any conversation that we had and advised that he would need to charge an additional amount for fixing the bad work that he did. After that, you just simply get ignored and hung up on. It is systematically done because Yelp reviews basically states the same process every single time. BAD!!!
