    I purchased a Livestream production video of the ****************** graduation while in town for our granddaughters graduation. (Since each family got only 4 tickets to actually go to the graduation.) My daughter-in-law (**** *****) also purchased it (we each did so without knowing the other one did so). The Livestream did not work. Additionally, I followed all directions on their website for trouble. I emailed them at least 3 times (their preferred method of communication) during the event, I called (you could not even leave a message), and I texted (also advised to do on the website for trouble.) No one ever got back to me until the next day. He offered a video to send us in 4-6 weeks (supposedly a $40 value, although I cant imagine how, but thats not my issue here), but I explained we do not want videos. We are grandparents who live on the east coast and would never watch the video. Their policy says no refunds, which is bad in any case, but I did not receive ANYTHING AT ALL, so our money should be refunded. I explained that to him in emails repeatedly, but he just kept offering the video in place of what I bought - not the same thing at all and not what we want. We each paid $25 for a service we did not receive and we should be refunded. In fact, it was clear from his responses that we are not the only ones - he should refund everyone.

    I purchased a video from the website of A Cut Above The Rest Productions on 7/13/2023. The video was for $51 +tax, for my daughters solo competition from Fly Dance. Since she attended BOTH regional and national competitions from Fly Dance, I accidently chose the regional video instead of the one from Nationals. When sent to my daughter, she immediately noticed it was the wrong video. I then contacted their customer service via email and explained the situation, asking for an exchange to the right one. But they said there was nothing they could do since the video was already downloaded and shared. I offered to delete the downloads, in exchange of the right one. They kept saying theres nothing they can do; after I tried to explain to them multiple times that we just wanted the national video to keep for memory. I looked up their refund policy and this is what says:Refund Policy Here at A Cut Above we unfortunately do not offer refunds if clients decide to purchase something and change their mind. We do however offer store credit should you chose to exchange your item for another item. Should we not be able to deliver the item we will offer a full refund for the item.According to the policy, I should be entitled for a full exchange, but their customer service clearly does not read their own policy. I asked to have my email forwarded to a manager but never got any response from the manager. The way they have been handling my issue clearly shows that they just want to keep my money bust not give me the right video. This kind of business conduct is highly unethical. They are going against their very own policy posted on their website. This is NOT the way to conduct business! I need them to exchange my purchase to the right video according to their refund policy.
