    I purchased a video from their website for $51 +tax, for my daughters solo competition from Fly Dance. Since she attended BOTH regional and national competitions from Fly Dance, I accidently chose the regional video instead of the one from Nationals. When sent to my daughter, she immediately noticed it was the wrong video. I then contacted their customer service via email and explained the situation, asking for an exchange to the right one. But they said there was nothing they could do since the video was already downloaded and shared. I offered to delete the downloads, in exchange of the right one. They kept saying theres nothing they can do; after I tried to explain to them multiple times that we just wanted the national video to keep for memory. I looked up their refund policy and this is what says:Refund Policy Here at A Cut Above we unfortunatly do not offer refunds if clients decide to purchase something and change their mind. We do however offer store credit should you chose to exchange your item for another item. Should we not be able to deliver the item we will offer a full refund for the item.According to the policy, I should be entitled for a full exchange, but their customer service clearly does not read their own policy.
