    This company is a scam my daughter purchased a headset from this company I received it I tried to upload it I tried to download software for it I couldn't I sent it back in 3 days *********** is saying now that I sent them The headset back with the wrong serial number they refusing to give me back my money affirm paid for it fully and I am still paying for something I do not have and they're refusing to send me back my money or send me back the merchandise I don't think this is fair for my child to have to go through something like this knowing that she did nothing wrong this place is a scam and I need to know if anyone else out there had issues let me know what to do this has hurt her dearly have to pay $1,000 for something that she returned and they won't send it back the merchandise nor the money someone please help me. I had to give it a one star cuz it would not let me post a review unless
