    5/27/2024. For $24.34. Paid by ***** as they requested. Reached out to company four times no response.Phone is no longer in service. *************. Either want money back or send product.Zelle payment went through on my end. used Zelle info company provied.Please see upload for invoice.

    The date was 3/26/2024- $56.75 sent via Zelle to (*********************************) OG Seeds for seeds- called numerous times, sent emails, they will not respond- will not answer, will file a complaint with Zelle through my bank tomorrow! Im sure they are a fraudulent company- this is insane seems they have also blocked my number or disconnected their phone number which use to have a message now it goes directly to ******* wireless- message

    I contacted the business via email regarding an issue 3 weeks ago. They said a replacement was being put together, and they have had no further correspondence. I've tried phone, email, social media, and their own website chat.

    I have looked into your order and it has been shipped and you can track this package using the tracking number below:

    It is expected to be delivered on September 14th.  I do apologize for the delayed response on my part as I was away from the office.  Somehow our *********** was disconnected and your order was marked shipped, but never sent.  You were never charged for this order as it was a replacement. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The replacement package arrived today, so I am considering the issue resolved.
