    We have emailed four times over the last month trying to replace our guaranteed seeds. Two did not germinate on order #*****. This was our second order from OG seeds, but our first time trying to get any customer service. The product is good if it works, yet very frustrating if you expect them to back up their promise to replace any seeds that fail.

    I only received half of my order and have emailed twice regarding whats missing with no response. I really want to like them but so far Im half disappointed.

    I received the seeds two days after I ordered them. All three of the seeds were successfully germinated. If the plants turn out to be what I ordered, then OG gets the highest possible rating.

    I wasn't sure if I should take the risk of ordering seeds online, as I've heard horrible things from most people who have tried it. I'm really glad I did though, and I loved that OG Seeds has a BBB profile and rating. I wanted to pay by *****, because I was a little wary of a seed bank and have had issues at another place so Zelle was the best option for me that OG Seeds offered. When I went to send the payment, the name that popped up was "*********" and I immediately felt like I was about to be scammed. However, I came to the BBB website and after looking at the company, I saw that the owners name is actually *********, so I went ahead and sent the payment. I contacted customer service because I was anxious to make sure everything was all clear, and they were beyond amazing. They made sure the payment came through and everything was good to go. They were super friendly and efficient. I received my order within 2 days with plain packaging (thank you for discretion) and everything is as it should be! I can't speak towards quality or anything - just the buyers process.
