    I signed up for a six-month subscription plan in September 2024. I received two orders, both of which I paid for. I needed to cancel my subscription after two months, and, in order to do so, they have told me I need to pay up front for the remaining four months without receiving any product. I don't believe I should have to pay for product that I am not purchasing, so I removed my payment information from their website. The company is still demanding payment.

    The customer purchased Complete System 6 Month Payment Plan last September 2024. When purchasing the Complete System 6 Month Payment Plan, we ship orders in 4 shipments over a period of 6 months and bill in 6 equal installments. With this payment plan, the customer can expect to receive 3 months' worth of Stages 1 & 2 Mix-Ins, and 3 months' worth of Stage 3 Mix-Ins.

    In September 2024, we shipped 1 box of Stage 1 Mix-Ins, which was paid on time and in October 2024, we shipped 2 boxes of Stage 2 Mix-Ins upfront, but only 1 box was paid for as we bill monthly as stated above. November 2024 should be a payment only for the second box that they received last October 2024, however there's no payment method found on their account since November 2024.

    To resolve this, we've gone ahead and cancelled their payment plan since we failed to receive payment from the last shipment we shipped and the customer will no longer receive any more billing emails from us going forward.

    I received my order from this company with no notification of shipping or delivery. The item (baby food) sat outside in ************************************************************ the sun. The packaging was hot to touch. I have emailed over 7 times requesting to return the order with zero response from the company. I filed a dispute with my bank and the company responded to them and stated "they never received an email from customer." ************ is dishonest and disrespectful. I spent over $75 and I cant even use the product as it is damaged.

    According to the order details, tracking information about the order were sent July 23rd, 2024, at 9:07 AM PST. And based on the tracking information this order was marked as delivered on July 25th to the address provided to us when the order was placed. There is also an image of the delivered product included with the proof of delivery. We have searched our customer service records and the customer has not contacted us about issues with her delivery. When contacted about any delivery issues, typically we will guide the customer on how to work with *** if they have not done so already. If that does not offer a resolution we will ship them a replacement order at no extra cost.

    My son ate their oatmeal and had raging diarrhea. I ate it and gave it to my dogs to rule out the possibility of food allergy or intolerance and we all got diarrhea. We eat oatmeal almost everyday and are fine and they won't refund my money or acknowledge there is something wrong with the batch. They are selling oatmeal that gets kids sick and they don't care. They need to be stopped.
