    Bought the entire system, and worked through the first two stages with my daughter. By stage 3, the taste is so bad that she refuses any and all foods that I have ever put it in. Do not recommend.Customer service refused to swap products, telling me to place a new order for a different product because they cannot predict who will not like the taste.

    This product is a scam and a money grab taking advantage of parents at the risk of babies. My child would vomit/spit up with the product in his bottles or on food. And it is not from allergies as my child has since had actual eggs, natural peanut butter, and dairy in foods without vomiting. So either there is something else in these products that is causing babies to vomit it up or they are producing bad batches. They do not accept returns (even for unopened products) nor do they offer any type of refund. So if you want to risk losing hundreds of dollars on a product that *** or *** not make your child sick then try their product.

    This product is a scam. It claims to be a cure for child food allergies but its really not. It gives no directions if theres a reaction to their allergens. The do not give a refund so I have a brand new box of stage 2 that I cannot use since he reacted to stage 1 box egg white powder.

    From the moment I placed my order, the customer service has been subpar. It took them days to even respond to my email. Then it took even longer to process my partial refund because the discount code on the website didn't apply it. And then my order came with an item missing. When I called to address these concerns, all they did was offer to send me the replacement in an unspecified amount of time. The product I was missing was stage 1, which is delaying the entire use of the product. Also, they provided no instructions with the order on how to use the products. While the concept is good, the execution and customer service is poor. What a waste of my time. Do not recommend.
