    I ordered some paper crafts for making Valentine cards on 1/10/24. The order



    I ordered several paper crafts to make Valentine cards. The order # is 187***8443 in the amount of $21.45, To date, 3/19/24, I have not received any product. I have made several calls, sent emails, and have not received any responses. The company got paid. I paid with a Visa card. I would like some resolution, preferably a full refund.
    You have my full information, if, possible, a response would be appreciated.

    On January 6, 2024, I placed order on the Creations by Dedra #99646136 for Iris Folding Supplies. The total was $33.95 which was charged to my Visa card on 1/6/24. On 2/21/24, I sent an email on the Creations by Dedra website notifying them I had not yet received my order. I have also called and left messages on the 800 # on their website with my name and phone # and complaint. To-date I have not received any replies.

    I have been a customer of Creations by Dedra for many years. This is my first complaint.

    My elderly friend, who is 88 years old, ordered Iris card folding products from this company. She did it with an American Express credit card and it was instantly billed. She still has not received the product and we have emailed and called the company multiple times. They never answer or return our calls.
