    My first order took longer than expected to arrive but I was very satisfied with the products.
    My second order is now into its third week with no response from Dedra. I’ve emailed and phoned twice to no avail. The website states “we absolutely guarantee your satisfaction.” That’s impossible without delivering an order and refusing any communication. Very frustrating.

    Third time I have ordered in the last 14 months. The first time I finally received my order 5 weeks after ordering. The second time I never received my order and had the bank reverse the charges. And now the third time they sent me a USPS tracking number two weeks after ordering but when I track it (three weeks later) it still hasn’t left the business. I have called and emailed each time without ANY answer.
    This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!
