I ordered the CHILL PILL so called sleep aid from a company GIDDY UP on August 17th for $61.15 I received it on the 24th of August. Excited it had come I opened it right away 1st surprised It was no already charged I went ahead and charged it for the recommended 1 hr whice is good for 4 hrs of use. NOT!! It not only didn't work it did not FUNCTION at all. I started emailing the culprits right away. The contact number for Giddyup was not a good number. I emailed the address with my complaint. Nothing a few days later I decided to just file a dispute with PayPal, when I was informed a couple of days later they were waiting for a reply from seller. Haha I knew that wasn't going to happen. I had gotten an email from MANDY THE MENTAL. so I told them my complaint. Insulted by the reply with instructions on how to work this piece of junk ( I am able to both read and follow instructions) I replied I would please just like a refund as that was the guarantee. I am also sending you the reviews I have since found. I hope you can help me and maybe help make these people promising desperate folks like myself who suffer with insomnia and anxiety from being scammed by these companies.Business Response

I ordered on february 12th. they promise 24 hour dispatch, as of today, feb. 15th , it has yet not shipped, they also claim i should receive product within 5 days. so five days would be saturday, and tomorrow it is friday, and they have not even shipped product out.Customer Answer

Grommet provides links todifferent products. I purchased an item called Paingone. It’s a TENS pen that’s battery operated to provide relief. This didn’t work for me. It didn’t help the pain and caused my knee to swell. I contacted the Paingone website and was told they were a US company and my product was from China. They gave me the following email addresses to contact: mailto:[email protected] or mailto:[email protected]. I emailed them and got no response. I emailed Grommet twice and got no response. Wi-Fi extender didn’t work but for maybe 3 days of the first week. Contacted for a refund and was given the run around to finally find out that I have to pay my own return shipping and due to it being greater than 30 days (even though I filed the complaint within 10 days of delivery they won’t refund my money.Business Response

I placed an order for Aculief through Giddyup on 1/3/23. The product came with a 60 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. These arrived on 1/18/23 and on 1/20/23 I sent an email requesting info on returning these as they did not work for my wife. I have tried sending numerous emails and I have still not heard anything back from the company.Business Response

I read about a revolutionary sleep aid called The Chill Pill. Reading all the information, I thought I would purchase one for myself and one for my son as we both suffer from terrible insomnia. On Nov 22nd, 2022 I purchased 2 Chill Pills, in good faith, for total cost of $157.93. I have not heard from company after trying to contact them multiple times. I requested a complete refund over a week ago, with no success. Can the BBB help me with this dilemma?

We've entered into a backorder due to the high demand this holiday season but have now received product and are shipping orders out.

Whatever you did or write to them, it worked and I am thankful for the BBB. I had tried y to o contact them numerous times with no reply, only when I contacted the BBB did I get a reply and refund. I purchased the Chill Pill online on 11/ 2/ 2022 for $59.76.. I received the electronic sleep aid on 11/22/2022. I followed the instructions provided for 8 nights. However, it did not work as described - the "pulse" was not existent and as a result the product did not help me sleep. I contacted the company by email (giddyupsupport) on 11/30/2022 requesting information on how to return the item for a refund. I received a generic response stating they received my request, giving the identifying #123061. It stayed to "keep an eye out for a (future) response and was signed by "Zendesk". Since I wasn't given instructions on returning the item, I contacted the company a 2nd time on 12/2/2022. I received the same generic response, to wait for a future response. Since I still was not given the instructions on returning the item, I contacted the company for a 3rd time. This time I was sent a generic response once again with a new identifying #125816 on 12/4/2022. It has been 14 days since my first contact with this company and I still haven't received instructions on how to return the item for a refund.Business Response

Giddy is falsely advertising by offering a Buy 2 get one free but charging $20 more for the Free one which is NOT free.
Option 1 - One item is $34.98 as advertised
Option 2 - Buy 2 Get 1 free. $89.98 ("Free" one is $20, not free)
Option 3 - Buy 3 get 2 free $134.97 ("Free" ones are $30 more, again not "Free"
Clearly this is false advertising.

I've attached a screenshot of the 3 offers we currently have. The original price for one bottle is $44.99m but we've reduced the price for one to $34.99. However, on the buy two get one free, you'll notice that each one is $44.99 which equals $134.97 for all three. The free bottle is saving you $44.99, which is buy two get one free, and the same is advertised for the third offer as well.
I can understand the confusion with the $34.99 price for the first offer as it's discounted from the full price. I hope this clarifies the pricing but if there's anything else we can do to help, please let us know.
