1 starI got the product. No information in the box. I tried to get it to work, and it doesn’t. I tried to reach the company and it referenced me to send a text with the ordering information. I can’t find it, and nothing is in the delivery bag.Review fromLee t

I contacted this company 4-5 times via phone, and email, and not ONCE have they responded. My sister put money into her account online and Gifted me $100. It was in there for 2 years and as I'm trying to select something to buy in October 2023, the money just - DISAPPEARS!! And they HIDE so I cannot buy anything. But we'll see if they just made an error or it's just a poorly run company or ... is something far more sinister going on.

1 starYesterday I received an email saying FedEx had a package out for delivery and I owed $1.95 shipping still. After paying with my Discover card it seemed very fishy and unlike something I'd normally do. I called Discover and sure enough GiddyUp ran my card for $39.98. I filed a complaint with Discover and with in 3 days they will be disputing the charges. I don't have a clue what GiddyUp is but beware they are using phishing emails to scam you.
