    The company advertise the product, I liked and to purchase it they directed me to other vendor, which you couldn't find it. The name of the vendor DeskBoard Buddy. I looked on the product and didn't like their price. I didn't approve it and didn't gave them 3 numbers on the back of my card.
    Someway they had my credit card info. and placed the charge on my credit card.

    I tried to send email to The Grommet and the email wouldn't work. The DeskBoard email doesn't take any messages. The Grommet phone rings long time, nobody answers and disconnects me.
    It's looks like scam to me.

     Grommet does not directly sell any products. We feature products and connect Shoppers to purchase on a brand's website. I have connected this shopper with our contact at this company to help facilitate their issue and get this resolved. However, Grommet cannot directly resolve this issue as we do not charge customers or take payment info.

    Order placed 7/19/2022. Order #*********. Only AFTER payment was I informed it would take approximately 4 weeks to receive the merchandise. I was upset that there was no notice of long delivery time BEFORE they took the payment. There was nothing I could do, because the site did state all sales were final! They had the money and all I could do was wait. I have been attempting to view tracking information. The first time I checked, a notice was posted stating they were behind in shipping due to the volume of business and it was taking up to 2 weeks for orders to ship. After the 2 week period elapsed, I tried tracking again. . a notice advised that shipping was taking up to 3 weeks. As of today..3 weeks 3 days, my order is still in the processing stage. I tried contacting customer service to no avail. The phone says to email them..and that takes me back to the same tracking screen, showing my order is still not in the shipping stage. I have no idea what is going on.. or when or IF I will get the items. Order includes: *************** 2 Compact Seated Eliptical. SKU GVY2X. $86,70 Bed Scrunchie: 360-Degree Bed Sheet Holder SKU 3477-S-101. $11.99 Shipping *****, Tax ****. Order Total ******. This order was paid by Mastercard. I am hoping this sale is legitimate and my order is coming soon. I am hoping there is some way to contact customer assistance.

    I understand that it's frustrating to have your order be so delayed and I apologize for the inconvenience.  The estimated delivery window that we provided you during checkout was 30-42 days based on what's in your order and where you are located, which is also shown in your order confirmation email after purchase.  Regardless, that's not the timeframe that we like to have.  Unfortunately, our warehouse is very backed up so the least we could do is show you an accurate delivery estimate during checkout.  Perhaps we could have made it stand out more though.

     

    Your shipment is scheduled to leave the warehouse within the next **** days, though this is only an estimate.  You will receive an email with a tracking number at that time.

     

    Again, I'm very sorry for the delay and I know it's frustrating.  I hope you understand and thanks for your business.

    I purchased $235.32 worth of products from The Grommet on July 8th and was charged right away on card ending in ****. I received a receipt through my email address, the number is *********. I would be happy to receive what I ordered but fear that is not going to happen as it has been a month. I would love to get my money back. Thank you.

    Hello *******.  Thank you for your purchase.  And, I apologize for the unexpected delay.  Our warehouse is very behind in shipping out our orders from our close-out sale.  I know that this isn't much of an assurance, but they will ship out.  And, if in the rare case we end up being out of stock for an item, we will refund you.  Your order should leave the warehouse shortly.  Thanks for your patience.
