    I recently left a rather scathing review of the grommet after ordering two items from a “best gift” list. One never arrived and the other was not as described. I complained to their customer service and received a curt response stating that I needed to take my complaint to the manufacturers. Since I’d received no confirmations, that would have been difficult.
    I have since received a lovely letter from their customer service and would like to amend my previous complaint. So I can certainly give their customer service a high rating.

    I would rate 0 stars if that were an option. The products are bought we’re beyond disappointing. One never arrived and the other was badly misrepresented by The Grommet. The product and its instructions were completely at odds with the description. I felt scammed. I wrote to the Grommet and they made it clear that they don’t stand behind the products
