      - phone call with C**** (high pressure salesman) that promised a 30 day trial with no obligation and free return, took all information to get this going
      - Then Bill called for a confirmation
      - Shane asked for the price at this point. Shane refused the order as we were not paying $375 for this product
      - Product was shipped anyway and received by All Rental 4/27/23
      - Phone call to Tarco on 5/11/23 and talked to R*** and asked for a UPS number as we did not agree to purchase
      - R*** was very rude and would supply the number. When I asked to talk to the salesman C****, she would not pass me on.
      - Terrible customer service and will not be paying this $375 invoice or sending back until they send a prepay on freight.

      Below you will find the all the calls that took place with this customer. Also, attached is the email confirmation that was emailed to Shane prior to shipping.

      1st call: Jennifer called in first thing this morning (she said that she wanted to address this issue like professionals). She stated that they rec'd product and bill for product that was never ordered. I explained our process (sales call, confirmation call, and email confirmation prior to shipping). Also, went over terms and should they decide to keep all additional charges get removed. She said that she now understands and that she would return. I gave her return authorization # 87714-XJ49. I thanked her for calling in and being very nice. 

      2nd call:  I received a call from Jeff after speaking w/ Jennifer. He said that they never ordered and he would not be paying for return. Also, wanted to speak w/ C****. I tried going over a few things w/ him, but he wasn't having it and started raising his voice. He said that he was going to black ball us. I asked that he have Jennifer call me back and I could help. He said why are you being a XXXXXXXXXX and hung up on me.

      3rd call:  I waited about an hour and called Jennifer back. I explained to her that Jeff called cursing at me and hung up. I also informed her that I asked him to have her call me back so I can help, but he was too upset. I told her that I could help her out w/ the return. I got her email address to send a Pre-paid label to return product.

      4th call:  Emailed ARS to Jennifer and called to make sure she rec'd label. She rec'd label and will give to UPS today.

      I'm sorry that this customer felt this way. I was trying to help, but he was not being reasonable. All he wanted to do was yell and call me bad names that I just can't repeat. I don't think anyone should ever have to take that kind of verbal abuse. I did reach out to Jennifer who was very nice and professional. I provided her with a pre-paid label to return the product. Which I was trying to offer J***, but he was not willing to listen.
