1 starThese guys have a practice of stopping by automotive repair shops and offering free air hoses to their employees. They then send the shop a bill at massively inflated prices. 1 starThese guys are a complete rip off. They sent me a "high quality" screw extractor, now I am not the one footing the bill so not bothered but they send me a product for $399 with a home made printed label that eventually fell off showing a neiko product that goes for $89 on Amazon. 1 starScam...just like everyone else stated before. High pressure sales, "no obligations" , "free returns", all done over the phone so you have no proof.

1 starSCAMMERS!!! DO NOT TALK TO THEM. They will get a name of someone at your company, say they sent you an order (that you didn't order), send you a "proof of delivery" using that name, send an invoice 60 days later (pre-dated to the "order date") that locks to in to the "trial offer" regular pricing, then demand payment and threaten collections. The employee they said signed for "the order" has been gone for 2 years. They changed up the story and said it was another person who signed for it. Of course they called ahead to make sure that person currently worked here, but that person was on vacation the week they say they signed for it. $400 seems to be the norm for any products they "send", from what I'm reading in these reviews. Just like everyone else, the free trial is a SCAM!
I said I would try 1 hose, they sent 3 and charged me over $400. Never called to check in on the "trial".
They then refused to pay for return shipping and said if I paid $150 I could keep the hoses, which are complete garbage.
BE AWARE!!!

I’m sorry you feel this way. However, we did have our confirmation department contact you prior to shipping the product which you approved. After that they emailed the confirmation with terms and process in writing. In the email it states that you can contact us to change or cancel the order and that you are responsible for the return shipping. We did try reaching out to you on 10/7, 10/24 and 11/3 by phone and email to check status and satisfaction. We did get confirmation that email was opened on 10/7 but never responded. We did finally hear back from you on 11/29 and you informed me that you wanted to return the product due to quality. I went ahead and emailed you a copy of the invoice for return purposes. Since we had not received the product, I reached out to you again on 12/12 and you stated that you would return product by end of week and call back with return tracking number. I never heard back from you, so I tried calling you on 12/19 but no answer so I emailed you. I also left you a message on 12/20 and 12/22 asking that you return my call with the return tracking number. I never heard back from you but I noticed that you opened the email I sent on 12/22. I called you again on January 3, 2023 and you stated that you have not had time to go to the post office to return. At that point I offered you a settlement of $150.00 to keep the hoses since you had not returned the product. You agreed to keep since you would be paying to return.Review fromStephan C

1 starWe got duped by this company just as did all these other people. Should have done some research before saying yes to these "Free air hose trials" only to find out we're being billed for $234.40. Then in order to return them we had to pay $50 to return them as they didn't supply a return shipping lable as the salesman stated they would.
Un real business's like this exist. Hard to believe in todays day that someone is slimey enough to take people for what little money we already have.
